These are a scam supplier. I bought a jacket from what appeared to be a French website. Jacket arrived, but the quality and materials were absolutely awful. I tried to return the item. After some email exchanges asking for photos of the item, etc, they responded discouraging me from returning the item and offered 15% refund. I insisted on returning it, but then they told me I would have to send it at my expense to China, managing customs delays myself, etc.. But if I preferred, they would up the refund to 25%. I have accepted the 25% offer, but am not confident that I will ever see it.

Ladies trousers, ordered in PURPLE delivered a PINK shade, no returns label enclosed ... and 2 weeks delivery time.

I ordered ASICS shoes from novant.fr. I did not receive the ASICS shoes I ordered. Instead, I received Hoka-branded shoes shipped from China, which appear not to be genuine.

I complained and asked for a full refund. Novant refused to issue a full refund unless I return the goods to China at my own cost and risk. The return form they provided is addressed to a private recipient in Ningbo, China, not to Novant or an EU return address. They say a refund will only be reviewed after the parcel arrives and is inspected.

Their support/escalation team then offered vouchers and partial refunds instead of a proper refund: first a voucher, then a partial refund, then higher voucher/partial refund offers. I rejected these because I did not receive the goods I ordered.

I also found it very concerning that their support team recommended declaring a lower value on the commercial invoice to reduce the risk of customs delays or the parcel being held. I will not make an inaccurate customs declaration.

In my view, this was not a normal return situation. It was a wrong item / non-conforming goods issue, with suspected counterfeit goods. I have now escalated the matter to my bank, Adyen, ECC Sweden and the Swedish Consumer Agency.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend novant.fr.

I strongly advise people to stay away from Novant.Fr. I bought a jacket from this website and received it in April 2026. The product looked completely different from the photos advertised online, and the material quality was absolutely rubbish.

When I asked for a refund, instead of returning my money as promised under their “30-day refund policy,” they repeatedly tried to offer me discounts of 20% and later 40% on another purchase. Why would I buy again after such a bad experience?

I still have not received my refund. In my opinion, this company is not reliable, not honest, and provides very poor customer service. Be careful before ordering from them.

I can't believe I've been duped.Paid 150 euro for a jacket (suede).Horrible ,cheap Chinese tat arrived.Guess what? No refund,15 percent of a refund if I keep the jacket OR post it back to China,though their website is all in French so you assume you're buying within Europe. Do NOT buy anything from this company. I ordered a pair of HOKA ladies trainers and received a completely different model - hiking shoes. I photographed the packaging along with the incorrect shoes and they said they were what I ordered and the best they could do was offer a discount voucher for my next order. NO RETURN OR REFUND AVAILABLE WITH THIS COMPANY. I rang the number in the website and received an automated message saying the number is out of order. So there is no way to speak to anyone to resolve this. Buyer beware. Avoid this site. I am left out of pocket with a pair of shoes I didn’t order. Fraudulent service.

I purchased a dress in march, it was so badly made and the material was disgusting,complained and was offered 30percent money back which was in their words £18. I paid £66.99 for it, or I could have a voucher, after email after email, it got me no where £20 is best, This company is definitely a scam and needs to be removed from the internet, they are saying it's their customer who won't return the money, because they want me to keep the dress, nobody would wear this to the dustbin, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Yoo will receive inferior goods and will not get your money back. I would have given no stars If it had been possible.

I ordered a jacket and cancelled by writing an email within one hour. first they offered vouchers and then said that ok to cancel but due system upgrade refund may get delayed. after that they write that no refund is not possible and only voucher is possible. So stay away from this site.

Ordered a man’s shirt from Novant filling in all the details correctly including my delivery address. Received several notices either saying the item was on its way or the expected date of delivery. Stiil waiting several months later. The latest correspondence says because of the wrong delivery address the item had benn returned to a warehouse. As a result of shipping costs incurred by Novant they could not offer a full refund. All fabrication of the truth on the part of Novant who are only concerned about making money at the expense of the customer. I wish I had read the very negative reviews before I had engaged with this company.

Very disappointing experience.

I paid €65 for what was advertised as a jacket, but received a low-quality jogging top that looks nothing like the photos. The product appears to be a cheap item that could be purchased for around €15 on sites like Temu or Shein.

The website presents itself as a boutique, giving the impression of higher quality products, but does not clearly inform customers that items are shipped from China.

Their website also claims free returns, which is misleading. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would need to return the item to China at my own expense.

After multiple emails, they offered only partial refunds (10%, 20%, then 30%) instead of resolving the issue properly.

They finally confirmed that the refund was “processed,” however, after checking with my bank, no refund has actually been issued.

I feel completely misled by both the product and the return policy.

I would strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering from this website.

Trying to gain information on how to return an item. E mails are all in French and don’t tell you how you can return. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. All e mails requesting return are not going through.

Ordered shorts with next delivery, nothing has turned up. All emails from them are in French. Think i will write them off as looking at reviews i will not get my money back if I return them if they ever turn up.

ordered a coat from Novant and received a product that was far below the quality shown on their website. The material, cut, and overall finish did not match the advertised item.

I reported the issue immediately after delivery, and the company acknowledged that this was a product conformity issue and not a standard return.

However, instead of resolving the issue, the case was kept in ongoing discussion without any concrete solution. Once the 30-day period had passed, they started relying on their return policy to refuse any refund, replacement, or compensation.

Throughout the process, only low partial refunds were offered or return the product on my own responsibility to China! at the end no proper solution was provided. The product quality appears inconsistent with what is advertised.

I escalated the case through the European Consumer Centre (ECC Finland and ECC Netherlands), but the seller did not engage with the official mediation process.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend caution when ordering from this company, especially regarding product quality and after-sales support.

The item I ordered bears ABSOLUTELY no resemblance to the item delivered other than that it is a shirt. I was assured by email that that the shirt ordered was 100% cotton. It is in fact 100% polyester.

I ordered a jacket. It wasn't what I expected and desided to return it. I had to send 8 emails before I got the information where to send the jacket. Now when I have sent the jacket back to their warehouse to China the jacket has been sitting 3 months in customs, waiting clearence. Seller is not willing to send me any infromation from their end. I have been told that the jacket is in customs, cleared customs and it's on the way with the currier, it's back in customs, it's filed as abandoned, it's back waiting clearence. I can't relay anything they are saying. Novant seems to bee reluctant to do necessary measures so they don't get the jacket and therefore aren't refunding the jacket. I cannot recomnend.

Absolutely dreadful company. Item came very late. Very poor quality and will make it very difficult to return offering 10% refund and talking you out of the return policy that is very misleading.
I feel they are a not a legitimate company….. stay well clear!!
