Terrible quality, nothing like the picture, arrived with a hole in it and they wouldn’t do a refund. Mae you return things to China at your cost even though there is nothing upfront to say they are in China. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal then only got 50% refund but I got fed up arguing with them. The top went into the bin

This is a criminal gang of scammers! Do not buy anything and report them to youtube! They do not have a shop in Europe, they send cheap items that has nothing to do with the pictures and send the wrong colour on top and then they send confusing emails and refuse to correct the purchase. Youtube should be pesecuted for allowing these scammers to go on advertising!

Customer support is the worse. The whole business is built on a lie. They pretend to be a French store, when in fact they are doing all their shipments from China. It is a nightmare to return something to them.

These reviews are correct. I only wish I had thought to check these revieews before I ordered. I ordered two coats and tried to stop the order the next day to no avail. I recived the coats, responded to their demands for pictures of the merchandise and suspected they were stalling until the 30 day limit had run out. Their website's claim of "easy returns" was obviously a false claim and will be reported to BBB. They delayed responses to my requests for return labels that I never received. They offer 10% and 20 % off. I repeatedly responded that I did not want the coats. I called American Express. They found an address to send back the coats but were themselved unsure if valid. I have not yet received a refund. American Express will follow through and put in a fraud report. DO NOT BUY FROM NOVANT FR.

This Novant.fr clothing are absolute cheap, badly sewn rags that are unfit for purpose. This rubbish is being marketed using false photos of clothes that looks nothing like what is received by the customer. Novant.fr shouldn’t be allowed to continue this false advertising cx deceptive marketing.

The cloths are bad quality and worth a couple of dollars ! I bought to shirts for 240$ worth about 10$ from Kmart !

Terrible costumers service, I've never received my refund yet for a product that never had arrived, it's been more than a month since the purchase, but still cannot have my money back.

Total scam. Clothes which are substandard cone from China. Refuse to take them back I contacted PayPal and they eventually agreed to a refund but gave me a dummy address and item is being held at customs in China - so no clothing and no money !! PayPal weren’t much help either . STAY AWAY from the fake website

I am writing this review to help others avoid making the same mistake I did.

I ordered a men’s jacket from Novant that was advertised as a winter jacket, but the item I received was completely different — very thin, small, poor quality, and not suitable for winter at all.

The delivery was very late. When I contacted the company and provided photos and a video, they offered only a 10% refund or asked me to pay for expensive international return shipping, despite claiming on their website to be based in France and the Netherlands. Many reviews indicate the company actually ships from China.

This experience was extremely disappointing and misleading. Please read the reviews carefully before ordering — I wish I had done so.

PLEASE don't use this company they're an absolute CON!! The clothes are cheap Chinese items they're nothing like the pictures are advertised, I wanted to return my items, 1st of all it came with a return address to London then to be told no it's an Amsterdam address and finally I have to return it to China!! There's no labels in the clothing, I could go on, but AVOID this company at all costs.

Ordered a coat said delivery by royal mail, came from China. Looking nothing like the description on the website totally unusable, complained about it got the usual run around sent photos. Ended up complaining to PayPal full refund. 😒

I can only repeat what others have said. My experience was dire. I ordered a shirt, shirt was not as advertised. Email exchanges with customer service were full of goodwill but eventually they asked me for more money to replace wrong shirt. They string you along only to cheat you.

i ordered 2 dresses the same for a xmas party (not knowing if i was a 12 or 14)i wanted something really nice to wear and the dress looked amazing. i’d ordered a lot from other shops next , matalan. m&s and others but not found anything suitable. they all came within a few days of ordering and were all very good quality in very good packaging on hangers with return labels in which is what i’d expect when they cost around £50, but still not to my taste. sent them back no problems and free returns. i was getting desperate and saw this site with what looked like real lively quality clothes. i thought id found the dress for my xmas party and ordered 2 for size with intentions of sending 1 back . i paid £100 for the 2 . it didn’t come for xmas so i hoped it might come for new year but it didn’t . i sent emails EVERYDAY sometimes twice a day complaining to them and trying to cancel it but they weren’t getting back to me so. when the dresses came i knew straight away there was going to be a problem. they where in a bag that was so small a tea towel would fit in it. i didn’t even take them out the packaging. i was straight onto them to get them returned. but it went in for a month. they offered me 10% then 20% 25% 35% and all the time i was asking for them to just to tell me how to return these VERY POOR QUALITY DRESSES.(they were like something you’d expect from temu or shein that you would pay no more than £10 for)i couldn’t believe when i got an email that i presume was a returns form but it was all in foreign so i still hadn’t a clue how to return them.
thankfully id paid through paypal. and they sorted it and i got my £100 back. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM . the so called evening dresses will be going to the charity shop

Bad avoid bought a coat looked lovely then it arrived omg it was cheap not lined tacky paid 67 got 20 back after complaining never again. O stars

Horrible scam company, complained to paypal who have contacted them and emailed to say Novant are offering a 40% refund, bizarre to think this is reasonable, so now trying to return the jacket they sent and they will not provide a contact number or email address which Chinese customs require. Avoid

Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered a burgundy coat as a Christmas present, it arrived mid Jan and instead of Burgundy it’s bright red. They refuse to refund postage and say it’s just a slight colour variation. Arguing with a robot is soul destroying!!

Avoid this website at all costs. They pretend to be based in France but are actually a bunch of Chinese scammers. The products look nothing like the website. You will get products that probably cost 20% of what you paid them on other sites like TEMU or Alibaba. The materials used are almost falling apart before you even try them on. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I was very lucky that my bank have reversed the charge. Please don't make the same mistake as the rest of us posting on here.

My daughter purchased a jumper for Christmas. It did not arrive in time and when it did it was rubbish. Today at the Post Office she was told it would cost £16 to return. The Post Office told her that many people had been returning goods to the same place. The company are refusing to collect the parcels, and therefore refusing returns. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN? IT'S CRIMINAL.

Shocking. Don't buy from this company. They are not in France or Amsterdam but in China. THe jumper I bought was poor quality and inconsistently sized (sleeves too short despite XL). Customer Service definitely not a person. Finally said I could return to China at my own cost. Not sure if I will now having read that a previous reviewer had their parcel rejected.
