These are a scam supplier. I bought a jacket from what appeared to be a French website. Jacket arrived, but the quality and materials were absolutely awful. I tried to return the item. After some ema... See more

Shitty quality
Shitty quality. No declaration/marking of the the textile ( made where, of what, or washing instructions). Loose threads. Thin, synthetic garment ( mine was a knitted waistcoat), not at all worth its price! Stay away!!
Scam company
Missed reading the reviews and here’s the result: I received a completely different garment than the one in the picture. It probably works as sleep skirt rather than a cardigan.
After tiresome emailing back and forth about a return, I read the reviews and gave up, accepting a 35% refund, which they have processed. It is indeed a Chinese company, and they do not have an office in Amsterdam as stated on their website. The phone number is also fake.Is there any way to file a complaint to stop their business in eu or at least advertising?
BUY NOTHING - ALL FAKE
Total scammers. Do not purchase anything. Shop doesn't exist. Fake everything. Claim my adress is wrong and therefore cannot ship. No refund. BUY NOTHING.
BLACKLISTED!!!
BLACKLISTED!!!
The goods is from China, no shop in France.
I don’t understand why Shopify still allow this to operate fake customers, TERRIBLE!!!
Novant is a scam company
Novant is a scam company. They delivered an inferior material totally different from what i ordered, not even worth giving to charity so i will have to trash it in the bin for recycle. Return is another pain. I will have to count my loses at this point and move on.
This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud! The jacket i ordered said zipper closure and when I received it it had buttons. The quality of this jacket is total junk! The button holes aren't even button holes just holes. The material is VERY thin. I used size chart but I decided I wanted it bigger so I ordered a bigger size and it's way too small! When I go to return it they want me to pay shipping. Their site says easy returns but it's anything but. Beware of this country do not buy from them! Do not make the same mistake i did.
“Misleading business practices – avoid”
I ordered a jacket from this store and had a very disappointing experience.
The item I received was not as described and looked nothing like the product shown on the website. The material quality was extremely poor, and it felt like a cheap substitute rather than what was advertised.
When I contacted customer service to request a full refund, they repeatedly refused and instead offered partial refunds (5%, 10%, 15%, then 35%), which I declined. This felt like an attempt to pressure me into giving up my consumer rights.
Only after insisting on a return did I discover that the item must be sent back to China, something that was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Overall:
Product not as described
Very poor quality
Misleading or hidden return information
Unfair refund practices
I would strongly advise others to avoid this store. If something goes wrong, getting a proper refund is extremely difficult.
These are the same scammers as Mysa…
These are the same scammers as Mysa london , only one intention.
Advertise an item fraudulently then send a completely different item and create a process designed to dissuade a return , they start off saying YOU have to pay for the return and that you'll not be reimbursed , or keep the cxap they send and they offer you one third of what you paid..
Simple action is to call the Bank , state you have NOT received the ordered item and DEMAND a charge back . Bank has to do this for Credit and Debit cards .
Novant , Mysa etc will neither supply the right item nor refund you. Just demand the charge back facility and the Banks will either lose out or stop providing card facilities to these Chinese scammers..
Sadly some people with apparent European sounding names purport to work for these scammers , how they can prostitute themselves is sickening
An absolute scam
An absolute scam. Inferior Chinese
made product with no label, wrong sizing ,inferior material , not as photo showed.
Do not buy from them . NO RETURN -they offer you 10% ,then 20% return on your money . Drag you along with email after email but won’t give you a return address to return it to .
Do not buy from this scam company
If I could give a minus on the stars I…
If I could give a minus on the stars I would. My item was advertised as 100% and when they finally arrived after 3 weeks the cheap label says 100% cotton .,, this item Is 100% synthetic. When I emailed their customer service they responded saying, they have synthetic to make them lighter and more comfortable. Obviously that is both false and deceptive advertising. If you read the other reviews my experience was identical. I was offered a 15% refund as
The return process takes over a month and is all at my cost albeit they completely lied. This company needs to be put OUT OF BUSINESS. I have no issue with garments produced in China I do however have a huge issue with FRAUD. We need to find a way to shut them down. Consequences of actions need real even if the products are NOT! I’m Contacting the source of advertising to attempt to legally take action. It’s now not about the money it’s the deceit!
This company is the same as Sheffield…
This company is the same as Sheffield fashion which is also a complete scam selling cheap, Chinese rubbish.
If I could give less than 1 star I…
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not order from this company! The website looks professional, however the goods do not match the website and what I received was not worth the over £60 I paid for a tracksuit which took 3 weeks to deliver. I am still trying to get a refund from them. They tried to offer me a 10% refund which is laughable. I repeat, do not ever order from this website. Cheap quality charged at luxury prices.
Wrong item sent
Wrong item sent. Pretends to be expensive French shop - it’s a Chinese warehouse. They have acknowledged wrong item was sent, but want me to pay international fee to return their wrong item. And then making illegal claims that me claiming back via my credit card is complicated and not best for me.
The quality of the products are very…
The quality of the products are very bad. I bought a jacket and buttons had almost fell off before i had even used it and i needed to ask 3 times for the instructions to return the item only to learn that you have to pay it yourself if you want return it and it costs 60 euros. The jacket cost 90 euros so it would cost me 2/3 of the jackets price to return it. Dont ever buy anything from here!
Scam alert ‼️
My review is like most of the others here. Total scam. The product is substandard made with material so thin you can see through it. Offered me. 10% refund to save sending it back, that’s £6 of my £60 spent on a piece of clothing that’s unusable. I’ll take that as a lesson, but pray others see these reviews before being fooled.
Misleading AI genorated Storefront
I ordered from Novant after believing it was a French company, as the website strongly suggests. Only after placing the order did I discover the item was actually being shipped from China. This was never made clear at checkout. I recommend avoiding this retailer as they are misleading customers with AI genorated Storefront.
Appalling quality product
Appalling quality product. Not fit for use. Cheap and nasty. Sizing incorrect.
Awful returns process after excessively slow delivery
Ordered an item 2 weeks in advance of a special event. It arrived 2 weeks after the event!!
The returns process is truly awful. They try and dissuade you from returning the product and offer you small discounts to keep it. If you persist they will eventually send you the (legally required) return instructions. You then have a significant (in my case 30% of the cost of the item) delivery fee to China. As yet no refund has been received.
Absolutely lousy
Absolutely lousy, avoid doing any sort of business with this company
They sell extremely bad quality clothes…
They sell extremely bad quality clothes in comparison to their prices. Their customer support is horrible and they try to prolong it as much as possible so people would give up of the refund process. They ask for short video of the item and photo every time you write an email to get the refund.
