I am so delighted with my experience with Nova School Supplies. I had conversations with the wonderful Peter, who was able to make fair and above value substitutions for a few products that were out of stock. Peter took the hassle and 'run around' out of back to school shopping and I am so very grateful. His communication was clear and precise yet kind. All items arrived timely and well packaged. The postage company used also gave great instructions on when they would be delivered. Nothing but 5 star. So thank you!

Ordered and paid for some art supplies 3 weeks ago, and received an order confirmation email. 3 weeks pass and I have not received my order or any update. I contact customer support and I'm told rudely that they don't have the item in stock and that I should order something else.

Why did I have to wait 3 weeks to be told that an item is not in stock, when it is available for order on their website? And why was customer service so unapologetically rude when I asked, nicely, whether I could have an update? This will forever be one of the mysteries of life.

I ordered this early so I could use it for an event, and now I have to look for this item last minute. Which is what I should be doing now, but I was so appalled by my experience that I created an account on Trustpilot to leave a review. I do not recommend Nova School Supplies if you value receiving items you paid for and good customer service

I ordered the exercise books exactly 2 weeks ago and i received an email this morning saying they are on their way and will be here in 7-9 days. Making this a 3 week turnaround instead of 1- 2 weeks as per the website.
I needed these for the start of school on wednesday. Not happy as i paid around $9 postage.

There was good communication from the company - informing me a product I had ordered wasn't in stock and then offering me a similar alternate which was available. Order arrived on time and in perfect condition

Sadly despite what appeared to be excellent service from Nova school supplies has been ruined by my order not being delivered by Sendle. Sendle advised parcel had been delivered but it certainly has not been delivered to my address and so far Sendle investigations have been both useless and fruitless.

would never order again- just too slow in delivery compaaed to your oposition

The product was in stock and well packaged in a different location.
A person who was working on my order was not informative.
