Survey okay though request for follow up call was ignored. I have asked 4 times by email and left 2 voicemails as I'm trying to get a copy of the paid invoice. Ignored on every level.

We are in the process of purchasing our first home and used Novello for a Level 3 Building Survey Pro. From the start, Raymond has been excellent. As first time buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process and Raymond was very responsive and thorough in answering all of our questions ahead of proceeding with the survey. He also accommodated our timeline without any issues, booking the survey in exactly the week we needed. We are yet to receive our full findings, but based on the experience so far we would not hesitate to recommend Novello.

As first-time buyers, we were a bit clueless on the survey process but Catherine was incredibly patient in answering all our questions and helping us choose the right level of survey for our needs. The report was clear, detailed and easy to understand and having the opportunity to speak directly with the surveyor gave us extra reassurance and peace of mind.

Survey and exceptional customer service
Ian Callaway was our surveyor in Bristol. He went above and beyond with the written report and also managed to turned it around exceptionally quickly following the call and day of the survey.
We got a level 3 building survey which was very detailed and well explained. It has been key to our understanding that we need to organise additional specialists to inspect the property and so that we are in the best place to negotiate (or perhaps not go further with the purchase). Well worth the cost as it may have saved us severe financial issues later down the line due to the severity of the underlying problems that we would not have know are present.
The call I got from him to explain the findings was super helpful, I knew almost all of the outcomes so absorbing the detail in the report was far easier and he also stated that he would be available for support should we need to discuss further. Really impressed and if we don't purchase this property then we will ask for him again next time.

First time buyer - good experience with Novello
First time buyer a bit overwhelmed with all the options available for trying to find a surveyor amongst other things! After some research and looking around I went with Novello. Really happy with my choice! They were helpful and the surveyor (Rafaquat Hussain) was really brilliant! We had access problems due to the estate agents being idiots - he ended up having to visit the property on 3 separate occasions and ended up climbing through a window to get part of the survey done! Can definitely recommend, thank you!

Level 2 Survey
We recently had a Level 2 survey completed by Daniel Price and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. From the very start he was incredibly professional and thorough. He rang before the survey to ask if we had any particular concerns about the property, which immediately gave us confidence that he genuinely cared about providing a detailed and helpful service.
After the survey, Daniel called again to talk us through everything he had found in a clear and reassuring way before the report even arrived. The report itself was extremely detailed, easy to understand, and delivered very quickly.

Would absolutely recommend!! I had a Level 3 RICS Survey performed by Ian Callaway and I have nothing but great things to say about them and the level of detail in the report. Their professionalism and the communication during the whole process was excellent. Their report was thorough and clear and I really appreciated the prompt report write up and phone call to answer any questions I had.
I would also like to thank Juan Mouton, who answered all my queries during the quotes and booking process promptly and clearly.
