Ran into an issue with comfort. Novilla sent me a topper and I am sleeping the best sleep of my life again

I bought a mattress over a year ago and it started to become uncomfortable 😣 at this point I was afraid nothing would be done but boy was I wrong this company have kept close contact with me to satisfy me that made me feel better asking what they can do to make me happy 😃 all I can say is I love it here!!!

Mattress arrived quickly. Packaged great and easy to open. Gave a few days to let it come to full size. We love memory foam mattresses, and it was very comfy, however it was too soft for my adult son so i had to return it. Novilla team very communicative. If you prefer mattresses on the soft side this might work great.

I received a damaged mattress topper. Zipper on removable cover is broken. I have been trying to get a partial refund for over a month. I have emailed and called trying to get in touch with a supervisor. I don't think this is a legitimate company, they can only make refunds to PayPal accounts???? No supervisors seem to exist, the costumer service department went on vacation??? Do not do business with this company total scam!

Excellent customer service. Answered right away and stayed in contact to make sure my issue was resolved. They care about their customers experience.

I ordered the wrong mattress and didn’t realize it until I got the shipping email. I contacted customer service right away and they were able to cancel that order and get me the correct mattress with no hassle! I absolutely love their customer service.

The matress and pillows i bought from Novilla far exceeded my expectations. The pillows are the best I have ever had. The matress is comparable to name brand that cost 3 times as much. customer service prompt and helpful with no hassle. very happy here

Novilla customer service has been working with me for 2 months to fix my mattress , they were so kind to send me a topper for it to help , have yet to receive it , but I am sure it will work out ok , they have been kind and Curtis enough to help .

Bought two mattresses. One of the two we had an issue with initially and customer service was outstanding to quickly resolve.

We use the 2inch Ultra Soft Mattress Toppers in our Rv's. The mattress in both of our trailers are lot more comfortable now. Great addition for our Trailers. Queen size fit perfectly.
