The Novilla mattress had great reviews as to why we decided to purchase our mattresses and have them delivered. We have always bought from a brick and mortar but didn't have a great outcome. We had a lot of pain every night with the previous mattresses but from day 1 after the 72 hours we haven't had any back pain and sleep all night. Absolutely the firmness and softness we both needed. Great support with one issue but they took care of it very quickly. Would buy from again in future for our guest room. Thanks Novilla

Very comfortable mattress! Definitely a good night's sleep while staying cool, instead of tossing and turning from being hot. Excellent customer service who answered my question promptly. This is a company who stands behind their products!

Had a slight inconvenience with a mattress I got from them and overall, the issue was resolved with little to no issue. 1 star is missing because it was all email-based communication and speaking on the phone would have cut the time down drastically. Solid company either way.

I was helped by Aring she had awesome customer service excellent manners new the product well. And solved my problem in a speedy manner. Love my mattress will definitely use this company again, very comfortable and great for my back. Just love it so much.

Recently i purchase Novilla king size mattress, there was a slight issue with mattress on one of the sides, i reached out to Novilla team and they sorted out perfectly !
Additionally the quality of the mattress felt quite firm !
I was quite happy with the service, i was trying for the first time to purchase with novilla but was uncertain....
But now i can definitely recommend the same...

Excellent customer service. Katherine went out of her way to help me with my exchange which was entirely my fault. Upgraded to the hybrid mattress because she was so helpful. It is quite comfortable and my guest room is perfect. Thanks for the help Katherine

I was using medium firm mattress,after some months I developed back pain.
But seller provided me reasonable refund to compensate.

I ordered a 12 inch queen mattress but, unfortunately, it only inflated to 10.5 inches.
I worked with Aring, who helped come to a solution. We ended up compensating the difference since shipping the fully inflated mattress would have been a hassle.
Of course, no one wants issues with their order but, they made coming to a solution very stress free.

Purchased mattress from sweet night mattress it was uncomfortable and cause back and shoulder pain like no other on the firmer side. On the softer side I just sunk into the mattress. Saw carpet beetles from the mattress so I decided I didn’t want it and wanted a refund Was a bit of a hassle in the beginning trying to receive my full price refund because they only trying to give me 30% and then 75% but I told them I wasn’t accepting nothing but 100% full refund eventually it worked out. I did donate the mattress though because obviously the mattress is too large to put back in the box to have it returned

Accidently ordered the wrong size bed. Associates were most helpful getting me the correct bed.
Delivery was fast. My bed feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud.

Fedex marked my mattress as "delivered" but it was nowhere to be found, I contacted Novilla and filed a case at Fedex. The mattress was never found but Aring promptly sent me a replacement. It feels great and I'm happy with it.

Love the mattress, hybrid, however, one of the queen mattresses I purchased did not expand to its requirements. I could not return it to them but they gave me a 70% refund.

Great quality 12” hybrid mattress, 2” topper, and memory foam pillows! All just get better and better the more I use them! Customer service is great too, very attentive.

I ordered a king sized mattress but received a full size mattress instead. I couldn’t make it out from the outer box dimensions and after opening the mattress package only I realized that it is a full sized mattress. I panicked and contacted amazon as well as novilla customer care. They quickly shipped a new king sized mattress the next day and arranged for a pick up of the opened full sized mattress 4days later. Aring from novilla rendered an amazing customer service and she followed to make sure my issue was properly addressed to. Coming to the quality of mattress, it is amazing and gives a proper support to your body while sleeping. I highly recommend novilla for their amazing quality and extraordinary customer service!

I bought a king size mattress and one side did not inflate fully we bought a 12 inch and one side was 12 the other was 10 we have had it about a month now. we reached out to novilla and Aring contacted us right away with solutions and we chose what was best for us they really have great customer service and no long wait. The bed is very comfortable and we decided to keep it and add a piece of memory foam to the lower side so it looks good although both sides are very comfortable one is a little firmer so it has worked out fine i would order from them again .
