The mattress is perfect for the price I've paid.
The support service was good as I couldn't find the website stated in the leaflet that came with the mattress, and they gave me all the necessary instructions to keep my warranty of 10 years. I hope I do not regret my review.

I had a small issue with the ends of my Novilla mattress not completely inflating after a few weeks and had reached out to the company. I had the pleasure of speaking with Aring, who was absolutely wonderful. Even though I had purchased my mattress through amazon, they had helped me tremendously and had let me know if Amazon was unable to help, that I could reach back out to them for further assistance. Luckily, Amazon was wonderful and was able to meet my needs, but I highly reccommend Novilla. The mattress is so comfy and the customer service is nothing short of amazing. Thank you again!

Novilla has a very comfortable and high quality mattress. There customer service is top notch being both punctual and honest. I definitely would recommend without hesitation.

Great mattress! We got a king mattress and it is very comfortable and good to sleep on. Make sure to follow the instruction and let it air out. The edges took a bit longer to pop out. Also let’s not forget the 5/5 star Novilla costumer service. They reply fast and wiling to help and go the extra mile for their costumer. Also, the packaging on this, very nice and clean and even included a tool to cut the plastic! We now use it daily for opening mail. Thank you!

This is the worst company I have ever seen. They will not call me back , been leaving msgs but no call. I have a problem with my mattress. I beginning to believe this company is a rip off, asking for a call back , is that to much or is that the way you treat customers, if so you will be bankrupt in no time. 606 748-6064. I haven’t purchased my mattress yet but I inquired about the materials their mattresses are made of, specifically fiberglass. I was happy to find out they removed it after finding out it can be harmful. I look forward to purchasing a mattress tomorrow. Thank you to Aring for going above and beyond with the information provided in the customer service response and for getting back to me so quickly.

You absolutely can't go wrong with these mattresses. Ordered the king 12 inch and WOW, absolutely amazing. Had a couple of questions as I always do and customer service was outstanding. Quick to respond and caring.

We bought a couple of the 12” Bliss memory foam mattresses. We had a couple of issues with them, but Aring was excellent in getting things resolved. Thanks so much.

I was sent the wrong item, so the customer service rep said I could keep the wrong item and would send out the Item I never received. The rep was very professional and I can really appreciate the these days.
I also ordered a bed and so far I love it.

There was a problem with the delivery and Aring made it right. Highly recommend the bed and this company.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of mattress and was dreading the return process, knowing that the company is overseas. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply to my letter within the day, and my problem was resolved to my satisfaction within a couple of days. I originally ordered the 10" Bliss but decided to change my order to the 12". This was handled very professionally by Aring in Customer Service and I could not be more pleased by the whole experience.

The Novilla hybrid mattress is a great value. It’s a little firm which I like but not overly so. The price is unbeatable and it contains no fiberglass. The only issue is shipping. You have no ability to select shipping company and FedEx in the metro Atlanta area is the worst! It will take 3-4 times longer than you anticipate….just a heads up if you’re located in that area.

I had to write a review. I bought the hybrid mattress in June of 2021. I love this bed very much. Now I went back and order two of the memory foam pillows. My son loves them had to order two for him instantly. Love the quality of their products. Will not disappoint. Customer service is awesome.Thanks again.

I ordered a mattress topper for my lady friend as a Christmas gift. I overlooked or perhaps discarded an order confirmation. Got concerned after a few days and called customer service. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC service. The customer service team got on it and stated they would look into the issue and get back to me within 24 hrs., they responded within 10 mins. expedited my order and it is on the way. Good customer service is becoming more and more a thing of the past. These folks are WONDERFUL.

Initially, the mattress was too soft, however, as it had time to breathe and expand, it quickly became an amazing mattress, especially considering the price!

Customer service was extremely great as well. They want to help and assist as much as they can and are very responsive, I definitely recommend this company and hope to see continued growth.

Very good mattress and very comfortable I love it, great customer service and very fast shipping, and also really easy to put on the frame, you don’t need much help I did it myself.. thank you very much for a good night sleep after 10 years of having back problems this bed made my day, I really recommend it. 🤩 and a very affordable price. ❤️
