Appreciate Aring at customer support who helped us get into the right bed.

Novilla has been an amazing company to work with. I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress, and they worked with me on an exchange. I am so happy to get my guest bedroom all set up!

I have been searching web for a mattress that fits my needs and after reading many reviews landed at the Novilla Mattress website. I was very pleased with the ease of using the customer service text support option and happy with the mattress model suggestions. I did choose one of those options and will leave another review after receiving my mattress and trying it out for awhile.

The mattress was too firm for me, but the customer service was exceptional. They went out of their way to provide different options and made sure I was happy with the resolution. Their communication was always timely, friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.

Update 10/12: Mattress never arrived. Novilla customer service team was terrible to work with. Upon asking for a refund customer service team refused and went silent. Filed dispute with my credit card company. After a full and thorough investigation I was refunded. Don't waste your time and buy a mattress from this company. I was also offered compensation to remove my negative reviews, so don't be fooled by the high ratings.

We love our mattress!!
As I got further into my pregnancy our tempurpedic was much too soft. This one was super affordable and a great switch! More firm but not rock hard.

I purchased the Novilla Serenity Hybrid Mattress and also 2 Novilla down Alternative
Pillows. The prices for the mattress and pillows was a great value. I have slept
on them for a week now and am very satisfied. The very first night I had the best

I ordered a 12 inch Queen. Unfortunately it only reached 10 inches.
I contacted the company and sent pictures. In return I was sent a topper to cover the inches lost. I appreciated how they helped me in a timely manner. My only problem is the topper doesn’t stay in position and bunches up in one corner.

I love my new mattress! It is very comfortable and I am intending on purchasing another one for my other bedroom. Great value for the price!

My husband and I made an agreement to purchase a king size mattress once we bought a house. So many options out there to choose from. I read reviews online and they were all true! This bed is the perfect blend of soft + firm. We sleep so soundly and don't wake up when our spouse rolls out of bed in the morning. Our daughter often joins us in the middle and there is room for all of us. We would highly recommend the hybrid mattress to any of our friends or family. You can't beat how good the quality is for the price!

Completely amazed a mattress like this can come vacuum sealed and still unroll into a great night sleep! Should have purchased years ago

I must say that these Novilla pillows are the best set of pillows that I have ever slept on. They are so good that I ordered a second set from "sweetnighthome" on eBay. This particular eBay vendor is very good, and ships extremely fast. The customer service was also outstanding, with updates on my order throughout the shipping process. I received both of my orders in less than a week! Now that's fast.

These Novilla pillows are extremely flexible to fit anyone's needs. Simply take out as much filling as needed to suit your liking for maximum comfort.

Should I need anything else for my bedding set up, I will surely pay the "sweetnighthome" eBay Store a visit for more Novilla products. I love all of my purchases!

I had ordered a full size novilla mattress from amazon and received a queen size. By the time I noticed, I had missed the return policy by 2 days. Amazon refused to help. I chose to reach out to Novilla Customer service. I explained my situation and that I had not purchased the mattress through them directly. Aring was the agent who dealt with my situation. She was extremely helpful and understanding. Aring sent me the full size mattress I had originally ordered free of charge. Thats definitely customer service you don't get nowadays. I can't tell you how much I appreciate what she did. The mattress itself is very comfortable. My son loves it. Thank you again Aring and Novilla. If ever I'm in search for a mattress, I will make sure to order directly from your website.

I am very pleased with this mattress. I have the 12 inch Bliss. I had a back pain from my previous mattress that has disappeared. It didn't disappear immediately, but over the course of a month sleeping on this mattress, it has gone. It is a lovely combination of soft and firm.

Its been a week and they still haven't shipped my Mattress. I've emailed and called several times but got no response. They guaranteed delivery within 2 days and haven't even put given the item to FedEx yet. Absolutely the worst mattress buying experience I've ever had. I've been sleeping on my couch for the last 4 days.

I have terrible back pains. Everytime I do a chore its a sharp pain. I lay on my bed & it goes away. Then I get up do another chore. This bed has help me a lot in my spinal rehabilitation. I been in pain for years, unable to sleep. Until the day I got my mattress. Best sleep ever, im not lying. It's like being hug by the clouds. Thank you Novilla, the price was reasonable & the quality is above & beyond.
