Best mattress I ever had

When I ordered my mattress I was not sure which one to get. With medical rods in my back i was nervous. I ordered the Bliss mattress. After receiving it I found that after sleeping on it for awhile it still hurt my back. I reached out to the wonderful people at novilla and they recommend the 3" topper and wow what a difference. Like I said I have rods in my back, plus total knee replacement and shoulder surgeries on both side. To take the pressure off these joints was my primary comcern. My Novilla mattress and Topper did just that. Thank you for everything to give me a better nights sleep.

I had an excellent experience with Novilla Company. I ordered a mattress from them and my husband purchased a mattress as well so I returned the one I purchased and their customer service and everyone was fast, efficient, professional and all in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

I really want to say I read nothing but the good things about vitality 12-in mattress I got to say they are true I had a bed story 10-in mattress it was really good I liked it quite a lot but it is not as comfortable as the 12-in vitality mattress I'm glad I got it. I would recommend it to anyone I'm happy with it very much so. The only thing I had a problem with I could not register the warranty online it will not let me I do not know why so I had to send Novilla the information other than that the customer service is really good the mattress is really good what they say on YouTube with all the videos it was true at least I think so very happy with it I would recommend it to anyone. I've been pretty pleased with my mattress topper. It was delivered in a timely manner and is exactly what I was looking for. It is a little hot but not as bad as others I've tried. Overall I've been very satisfied.

The price tag under 300 bucks was exceptionally right

I ordered the Full Size 10" Novilla Bliss bed not knowing what to expect. Within 7 days I received the bed but I was sent a queen size bed. After contacting customer service they replied quickly within 24hrs and offered for me to keep the Queen size with is bigger and costs more than the full. Unfortunately the queen is too big for the frame I was going to put the bed into. So I requested to return the queen and I would wait for a full to be sent. They sent me a return label via email and sent out the Full size bed before I returned the Queen size bed. I received the correct Full size bed within 4 days and was not charged a penny or had a hold placed on my credit card. Followed instructions that were easy to follow on setting up the new mattress and mattress has lived up to every expectation. Excellent quality and Great sleep every night! Very impressed with customer service and craftsmanship of mattress. Will order another one or upgrade to the hybrid if I need a new mattress anytime soon!

So I've had my Novilla Vitality King Mattress now for over a month and I have to tell the world how happy I am. Incredibly comfortable yet also supportive.
So please don't hesitate and do buy one. Tou will he vwry glad you did.

This seller is super awesome. I ordered and received my mattress topper very fast, within a week. I didn’t get to use my mattress so I had to return it. The seller took back my product with no problems. Their customer service is the best.

I had purchased a novilla mattress. The customer service they provide is excellent and very prompt. It is a trustworthy brand. You money is guaranteed with this one.

I purchased a Novilla topper recently. It arrived in good condition and we placed it on our king sized bed according to the directions from the manufacturer. We slept on it, as instructed, but did not see the benefit hoped for. We contacted the seller to return the product, per the sales agreement. The person, with whom we dealt, was very helpful and resolved our issue without any delay.
I do not believe my situation is any negative reflection on this product. It is well made. It just didnt work for me.
I would recommend this product be given a test try to see if would work for you. Thanks Novilla, for a great experience.

Very pleased with our purchase (12" Hybrid). Mattress expanded quickly and had no chemical odor. Our guest commented in the morning that the bed was extremely comfortable and she had a wonderful night's sleep.
I did have to reach out to support regarding a minor shipping question and they were very responsive. Great customer service!

Great mattress overall. My dad has had back problems because of an old mattress. I got this mattress for him hoping it would help some I glad it did. The mattress is super firm and very nice. And very nice for the price! I was really shocked. I’m glad I purchased it!

Hi, I just purchased a 10 inches bliss mattress and my second transaction from this company. I would say this was too firm for me that why I give it 4 stars. The bliss 12 inches is perfect for me. But my partner loves it the perfect firm makes him sleep well as soon as he lay down on it. He sleeps side or facing on the bed most of the time. Maybe this will help other folks who love sleeping in the same position. This product is great to try. I am great that I insisted to bought bliss 10 inches for my partner now no more loud snoring background. ;) Sleep is very important and I highly recommend this product.

Delivery and service was prompt. The mattress is very comfortable. I am pleased with the purchase.
