I thought this was a uk site and delivery stated 5-7 days. It is not.
The items have never arrived. Contacted via email and no refund or anything helpful.
Taken money, no product and no refund.
DO NOT BUY from this company.
I am going to argue this but don’t make the same mistake as me.
The company I since found out operates under more names and these reviews don’t show till i had placed my order. Not the best tech person but lesson learnt.

It is really regretful that I did not read these reviews before buying from this company.
The product advertised is not what was delivered. They falsely advertised their product. I complained and after 1 week of them trying to wriggle out, and refusing to refund me, they finally sent me a replacement. It was wrong again, I have now spent 2 weeks trying to get a refund. They are trying everything to avoid answering directly my question. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

Ordered a child car booster seat 2/28...after many delays & excuses it finally says delivered 3/18 on the front porch (very secure). Guess what? It's no where to be found (I was home all day) and have cameras. Then they want to fight me about filing a claim with the carrier? Absolutely laughable. I would suggest only ordering through a credit card that will be favorable on disputes because you'll probably need the option.

Amazing that every review has a one star rating!!!! I would NEVER buy anything from this company again. Their policy states FULL REFUND if not satisfied. Well the item I purchased was expensive ( battery operated dog). When it arrived it wouldn’t have been worth even $5. It was poor quality, basic crap and nothing like what was advertised. After numerous emails back and forth, the company kept regurgitating the same message…….
15% partial refund or 60% credit off the value of the crappy dog. That is disgusting. You obviously have no regard for your customers and your refund policy is rubbish. It’s FRAUD if you don’t follow your refund policy.

Avoid. I waited ages for these, and was annoyed with myself for not realising they were coming from China, or I would never have ordered them.
The so called “leather” clogs are pure pleather. The smell is a complete give away. Also no contoured inner sole. These clogs are simple nothing like the ones advertised.

I ordered a $120 headphone in my daughter’s Xmas list and not knowing that my sister also ordered one for my daughter. So we got 2, then I tried to return one of them. When I contacted them through email, they gave me such a hard time even though their website stated 30 days hassle free returning. After email back and forth , they offered me option 1) 10% refund and I get to keep the item, option 2) 50% store credit! So I dispute the credit card, at the same time I sent the item back after I finally got their returning address in China! It is a truly scam website, please don’t order anything from it! Apparently, my daughter got the item idea from TikTok, so I assume that TikTok reviews are fake too

I ordered 3 items in 2 orders. It was free delivery but when I went to checkout they added a 'Delivery Protection' fee. All 3 items arrived damaged, one just packaging the other 2 children's night vision goggles packaging plus they don't focus or magnify and one rattles. I went to the company who said they had "limited Functionality" so not sure if they are damaged or just rubbish, either way they went into the bin. Months of email exchanges and I got a 50% refund and they refused to tell me what the delivery protection fee was for. So I paid for a service they had no intention of providing - scam is the polite word. They did say I could pay for the return of the items and they would give me a full refund but one why should I pay? and two, I don't trust them. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I ordered a watch and I waited too long to receive it. Suddenly I am notified that it has been delivered... To make the story short, it has never been delivered. On one mail there is one date of delivery, and on another one, another date. Each time I complained to the company, I was receiving the same email, "It was delivered". The story is longer because I understood that it was a scam and I acted on it to seek professional help...Shame on them! They have to be stopped in their malversations, abusing people!

The worst company I have dealt with. I purchased a camera online from their website. However upon delivery the item is nowhere near the quality you would expect from the glowing description. Just cheap rubbish to be honest.

I then emailed them to get a refund. Mentioning I am not happy with the product. I then received an email giving me two options. Partial refund or store credit. This is not what I asked and also not inline with the refund policy on their website which states free refunds within 30 days.

I replied to say no to the above options, where I received numerous responses giving me the same options! Of course with each email I told them I wanted a full refund! But no.. they proceeded to give me the same options completely ignoring my refund request, multiple times!

I decided to just take the partial refund as it was clear they did not want to issue me a refund, and this was just an exhausting situation.

So overall, with my experience I will never use this company again, and will never recommend this company! Awful customer service, awful customer care and terrible product.

Utterly awful company. Happily took my money and sent total rubbish in return. I bought two leather jewellery boxes, two cheap plastic and cardboard boxes, arrived. When I sent an email to ask for a refund, as per their own website, I was told I could have store credit and a merger 10% back of my original purchase. No way was I going to buy anything else from them. When I told them I wanted a full refund (as stated on their website) I was told, “sometimes things don’t always go as planned”. Condescending beep beep beeps...
Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. One star is far too many.

Avoid, they sell a night scope and its not worth £5 let a lone £38 I had 1 disappointed 7 year old that could not use it for what its supposedly intended for. It does not focus. They were reluctant to offer me a refund and cease to respond to any of my emails.

I was impressed by the weight and sturdiness of the item. It feels like something made to last. Shipping was fast and the whole process felt very professional.

Excellent Build Quality The moment I unpacked it, I could feel the sturdiness and premium materials. Everything was delivered in perfect condition with careful packaging. The shipping time was also very fast, with constant updates.

My order arrived a day earlier than planned, which was a nice surprise. The product is exactly what I hoped for—solid quality, great design, and very functional. Overall, a very satisfying purchase.

Ordered 2 2TB Portable SSD's.
Order took longer than expected, was sent from HK via mainland China and sent through different carriers to the local railway station for collection by local courier.
Items did not perform as advertised, only achieving an average .3% of quoted upload speed (3Mb/s) and a little over 1% download. Company refused to refund after over a week of multiple emails, videos videos etc. finally agreed to replace goods at no charge (but at a cost of $34 AUD freight) Replacements were supposed to be checked and working correctly before dispatch. Exactly the same result again!! On examination the SSD's have been found to be a USB stick glued into an otherwise empty case, which can be purchased at around $8 online
Customer service appear to be extremely sympathetic an helpful but don't be fooled. Avoid these associated companies at all cost. Noviroa; Denerova; Infusion Limited; Linvora, and no doubt many more.

Goods take a long time, shipped from Hong Kong
and no way to return an item, despite consumer law stating that the customer has 30 days to return an item.
I sent dozens of emails asking for a return address
which I was not given and despite saying they would refund 70% of an item I didn't want they have not done this. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

The product is excellent and arrived in just a few days. The whole experience was easy and professional. I’m really pleased with it.

I paid $65 for a robotic puppy and what I have received was a cheep made and nothing like advertised toy .
BIG SCAM!
