Describe the items and what the item is really made of. Sadly the item I bought was for a birthday gift and bracelet attached was actually made of a cheap copper alloy which in turn turned my partners wrist bright green. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. When you receive a limp reply to my query I will give a limp review and hope people buy elsewhere

If I could give this company less I would, I ordered 2 pairs of mens trainers size 9,EU 43 but was sent size 8 EU 42. I emailed them about it and was told they had sent me the right size. I asked for a full refund and was told they all they could give me is 10% refund. So I ask again and was told that all I would get back STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unsurprisingly my negative review on their own Web page didn't appear. Only good news please on their own review page it seems. What a shower.

SELL ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, WHY DID I NOT CHECK REVIEWS.. COSTLY LESSON LEARNT. NOTHING LIKE WEBB SITE PICTURES AND THERE IS NO HASSEL FREE RETURNS..

Please avoid them. Their products are cheap fakes. They promise a lot in their descriptions and renege on those promises. They don't give a return address, they only give replacements from a fake website and don't return your money. Although courteous and seemingly helpful, the Customer Support are scammers, pure and simple. Don't waste any money on their products. If you do, you will regret it. In a word, appalling.

Do not waist your money on any items, ordered lights arrive in few weeks and it's nothing like described poor quality and was damaged... try contact with them about return and there all fun begins...
No return except and partially only could be refunded, in the end agreed except back and light in my return postage cost, address been given to China so sent what ever address was given... never the less after waiting 3 weeks my case was closed due lack tracking information which was provided on request, lost £100 for light and postage back. Don't buy anything if u do not wish lost your money.

They sent the wrong product SD CARD , tried to give me a 30% of the price back, then the product wouldnt work,

Mmm, no don’t risk it, I ordered sunglasses that arrived a couple of weeks later and were damaged. They were a very cheap plastic product, supposedly military quality so I assumed hard wearing. Advised I could have a replacement pair if I returned to Hong Kong in packaging and paid all the postage. Do not buy from this company. It is money I know I will never get back and I should have done my homework and ensured reviews weren’t fake. Avoid them and always check the returns policy - it doesn’t exactly say it has to be returned to Hong Kong, just to contact customer support and then you see the address of the company at the bottom. No refund just offered another 2 week wait for crap quality sunglasses minus the shipping costs I have to pay to prove they were damaged. Ah well, lesson learnt.

sent the wrong item and when contacted would not issue refund or give a label for me to return for exchange tried to give me the run around in the hope i would go away ,17 email from me( it wasordered in May )requests from them to jump through hoops and finally today I gave in and told them to keep my£50 I just can`t go on anymore |I never made the mistake it was them

Ordered three expensive lights
Did not look exactly like picture but decided to stick with them
Installed after a delay with refurbishment and all three did not work
Reduced replacement or refund due to being over 30 days

The item took weeks to arrive, didn't work and was clearly mis-advertised. Fortunately I paid through PayPal and I'm trying to get a refund through their disputes process. They are currently refusing a refund as they say:

"We do not refund the purchase price for defective/Incorrect products."

Terrible company. Avoid.

Disappointed with quality of product purchased which was a Wreath. Product of low quality and looked nothing like the pictures. I suspect the products are being shipped from Temu in China and hence much lower quality as you would expect. I will not purchase from this site again.

scam! Absolute scammers! Bought a pregnancy pillow to support my baby bump and have a good sleep for £70 and having a nightmare experience so far....if you want to save your money buy elsewhere, leart the hard way! They didn't dispatch till i emailed and queried after a week of waiting...Return is complete scam as well, they will offer you max 20% for something you will never use or won't be able to sell specially when it will cost you a lot! (Can't sell due to quality and the fact that only tiny people can use it, your bump will be totally uncomfortable, i could not even try to sleep, as as soon as i tried to lay down i felt complete discomfort...) and if you choose to return it will be at your cost and it will cost you same amount what you paid for the item in the first place if you are sending from UK! So no matter what, you will lose your money....
Save yourself time, energy, stress and money and go elsewhere....

SCAM ARTISTS! Unbelievable. The product I ordered looks NOTHING like the product advertised. When I emailed them, first of all after a long time to wait for a response, they offered me a 10% refund and to keep item. After quoting their terms and conditions "hassle free returns" etc. they have given me a final choice of posting it back to china at my cost, followed by a final offer of 20% refund and to keep the product. Terms of returning: it has to be in PERFECT condition- the box was beaten up on receipt but also I have no idea what is "perfect condition" as it's not the product I ordered!!

Won't accept a return as the item is too small. They said they no longer offer refunds, even though I have offered to return the item at my cost. This is a scam!

I should have read reviews before ordering, I now realise the good reviews are fake,they are all sent by people with one review to their name and they all end with very similar comments,also they have charged me for 2 items instead of 1 i'm gutted that I've been scammed. I ordered shoes at £27 which are on Amazon for £13 Buyer beware!!!! The shoes are advertised as leather and they are plastic.,AVOID !!!

Bought pet tracker from this company- too large and bulky for my small cat, tried contacting them to request refund / return. The email they quote just bounces back as ‘failed’ phone number doesn’t work - so unless you’re prepared to take a chance I would seriously think twice. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them and definitely will avoid using them in the futre

Avoid. Terrible quality products, nothing like the photo on the website. Poor response when I queried why my product (a large mat) wax taking so long. An expensive mistake

Trawled the internet to find a flip lid rat trap and tried my best to avoid any sites from abroad. Purposely didn't choose any of the cheap ones to avoid the crap. Clearly didn't try hard enough...! Paid the best part of £30 for a flip lid rat trap. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and when it arrived the ladder had been damaged in transit. The parts of the lid, that are supposed to click together to form the cover for the 'flip lid' don't click together. The holes where the tabs should click in aren't cut correctly causing the tabs to pop straight back out. The plastic pieces that form the sides of the top cover are too long to fit in the grooves provided. All in all, an absolute waste of money..! To add insult to injury, to return it I have to pay postage to Hong Kong. May as well have put my £30 straight in the bin..!

Product exceeded expectations shipping was quick I'm satisfied.
