We were impressed with Now Kitchens from the moment we walked into their showroom. Christine was very friendly and extremely helpful, suggesting ideas we had never thought of and her finished kitchen design was just perfect. She took careful note of our extensive wishlist and we now have a designer kitchen that no only looks great but has masses of storage and works brilliantly.

We cannot recommend Andy's fitting skills highly enough, they really are second to none. When problems cropped up there was no drama he just got on and sorted them in an extremely professional manner and nothing was too much trouble. His attention to detail certainly shows and the fit is perfect.

Now Kitchen's follow up service is also great, you can tell that they want you to be happy with your new kitchen and we certainly are!

From our first meeting our designer Jono was pleasant, professional, easy to talk to.
We had no idea really what we wanted design wise other than bright, lots of storage, colour and a classic look but with a modern looking design. He made it all possible and totally worked to budget.
We were never over led by him, he supported and helped us achieve what we wanted, pointed out any ideas that we had that might not work well and overall was just brilliant.
Now Kitchens handled every single aspect of our kitchen for us.
Appliances, hardware, sink, taps, worktops, details of trusted fitters who then sorted getting electricians, plasterers, flooring ect. Meetings were all arranged for us. Everything was done for us. Now Kitchens just made everything easy.
Our fitter Andy was a perfectionist. He has a pride in his work that he takes seriously and it shows in everything he does. The electricians, Phil and Jenny created everything we could have hoped for.
We have no doubt we still would not have our kitchen done without Now Kitchen.
We would still be overwhelmed and not knowing where to start, still having to try and coordinate contractors and doubting and worrying about our every decision.
We had been concerned about the cost of this level of service but it was more affordable than we had feared.
This company strives to provide excellent design, excellent product and excellent service. They truly want you to be delighted with every single aspect of your fabulous new kitchen.

From the start to the finish it was a very welcoming experience. Jono understood what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble, and he came up with a brilliant design and was on the case all the way through. Andy the fitter was polite and reliable. We couldn't have asked for better and more responsive service from this wonderful company. Christine is not only a fabulous kitchen designer, she also really takes the time and trouble to understand what her clients want and need in their new kitchen. She worked brilliantly with us and with our renovation team (builder, project manager, electrician) and amended the design many times in a not at all straightforward chapel conversion. The fitter (Andy) and the worktop company (Dukestone) also did a fabulous job and we are delighted with our new kitchen and utility room.

Customer service at Now Kitchens is second to none and definitely exceeded my expectations - nothing was too much trouble, no detail was too small to deal with, and creative solutions were sought to very difficult appliance supply chain problems over the Covid period. Jono is a great kitchen designer, understood our vision from the outset, and was patient with our slowly emerging plan. An excellent local company selling a very decent product with exceptional levels of service.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen that Now Kitchens designed and project managed the installation. Jono was very helpful throughout and kept in close contact to ensure the design worked for us and made best use of our space and met our wishes. He then oversaw the fitting (expertly done by Dean who was also excellent) and was on hand to resolve the odd glitch quickly and without fuss. We’ve been living with the new kitchen for a couple of months now and are very impressed with the quality of the appliances, units and granite worktops. Now Kitchens have a lovely showroom and give great personal service that has ensured that we now have our dream kitchen - thank you!

We first engaged with Now Kitchens before the purchase of our new home was complete and that didn’t prevent them from carrying out a survey of the property and designing the new kitchen. We had a few designs sent to us and the images that where presented were outstanding and portrayed an excellent vision of to how the new kitchen would look. The knowledge of the product and the desire to deliver nothing but outstanding is very clear. Over and above the customer service the product quality is excellent and good value. We would totally recommend Now Kitchens time and time again!

Jono, from Now Kitchens, was the fourth designer we had out to view our existing space and design a kitchen for us. He was the only company to think outside of the original kitchen design and challenge the space we have to make better use of it. Needless to say, we went with Now Kitchens and Jono was excellent from start to finish. We had a very tight schedule to work towards and I'm delighted to say Jono took on this challenge with enthusiasm and actually pulled it off for us, delivering us the beautiful kitchen sightly ahead of schedule.
The kitchen fitter (Andy) was recommended by Now and his workmanship was also excellent.
We've had a few issues with some doors but this was quickly resolved by Jono and we have been made to feel like valued customers from start to finish.
Thanks to the team for designing, providing and installing our dream kitchen. It's beautiful to look at and functional too, the absolute perfect combination!

I can’t thank Jono enough for everything from designing the kitchen to organising the fitting and a perfect after sales service. From start to finish everything has gone smoothly and I now have a beautiful kitchen. The fitters, Jason and Dean (not forgetting Martin the electrician) were outstanding! Our project was not without it’s challenges as we were forming a kitchen from a room used previously as a bedroom and other renovation work has been in progress.
From our first visit to the showroom Christine helped us create the kitchen we wanted with advice on what was and what wouldn’t be possible in the space we had available and guidance in choosing colours and finishes to compliment the design.
The project has been long, due to other ongoing work, but we have received help and support during the journey and we can now finally enjoy using our fabulous new kitchen.

The designer firmly advocated he start on a blank sheet. He listened carefully to our thoughts and desires, and fully acquainted himself with the room and the ambience. He created a highly innovative fusion that is a welcoming, inviting and comfortable living space, seamlessly incorporating the fantastically functional kitchen.

With great creative flare the designer presented 3 completely different options.
The extraordinarily realistic CAD representations (including actual views from the windows) enabled us to truly experience living in each in turn.

He was patiently attentive to our requirements and knowledgeably guided us through our uncertainties. In this way and with great pleasure and confidence we easily reached an unambiguous choice which he sealed with certainty by adding stunning suggestions for final touches.

The execution was exactly to date and time and at the price quoted. The recommended fitters were skilled and diligent, flexible & cooperative, polite & friendly

The “Masterclass” units offer striking colours, finishes and styles. They are highly functional, and use space well with some neat storage “tricks”. The materials and construction are robust and they are a real pleasure to use. Now Kitchens complemented them imaginatively and knowledgeably with appliances, sink, work surfaces, lighting etc. and a spectacular dresser and a long breakfast bar were original designs custom made for us.

Now Kitchens took great care to design to the given budget, but were able to present options for consideration at higher and lower prices and specifications. Despite leaving all other suppliers in the dust in design, innovation, attentiveness and realization, their quotation was well in touch – real value for money.

We can now do something we’ve experienced only a few times in our lives, just sit and look in pleasure and in awe that we are the owners of such a wonderful space. And it mightily impresses our visitors.

I had a good idea of what I wanted and Jono and his team made it happen. Their knowledge and expertise in all aspects of kitchen design and implementation were brilliant. Jono managed to accommodate a huge amount into a smallish difficult space and it went beyond my exceptions. The quality of the fit and finish is exceptional. Dean and Jason were fantastically professional, swift workers who went beyond to accomplish perfection. I 'Now' have the most wonderful kitchen which is a joy to be in, with a definite Wow Factor. Darren, Elizabeth and Jono cannot be more highly recommended.

We bought a house south of Helston in December 2019. It had an awful, dated kitchen with a smelly old oil fired Rayburn and a separate dining room that we wanted knocking through. We started looking around and we found Now Kitchens at Water Ma Trout Industrial Estate in Helston. We came in to view their showroom which has some amazing ideas for what is possible with their offering. Darren subsequently measured up our kitchen and advised us to get a structural surveyor to check the wall between kitchen and dining room. We looked more closely on the units on display and together with Darren we fleshed out some ideas that we had. Eventually we agreed a design and a price and work commenced. Darren effectively project managed the various trades that came in to slowly transform our kitchen into a stunning new kitchen diner with the kitchen units and household appliances supplied by Now. This was managed extremely effectively throughout whilst trying to manage the various Covid restrictions in play at the time. We now have a breathtaking new kitchen which is bang up to date using the latest materials on offer. It has an amazing symmetry and attention to detail that we were looking for. Now Kitchens can offer you as simple or as elaborate a kitchen as you desire. Their service was second to none and has set us up for the next stage of our new lives in Cornwall. I strongly recommend.

The most rude, ignorant, unprofessional, wretched company I have come across in decades. Now Kitchens in Helston has been unable to come up with one single creative idea for my kitchen - and they've had 130 days to think about designs. They came to my house. They measured up. I gave them a couple of pages of written 'wishlist' ideas/thoughts. I have a budget of 40K. NOT ONE IDEA! They never even bothered getting back to me. Look at their website and you see they are full of themselves but beware: this is a style over content company. Not to be trusted. Mickey and mouse spring to mind. For your own sake look at other more professional companies before considering this very small team.
