Having experienced the excellent service from Now Bathrooms it was with no hesitation that we took the decision to have Now Kitchens design and install our new kitchen. From the initial meeting with Darren and visiting the showroom, where we saw exactly the type of kitchen units we wished to have, we felt that we were very much involved with the design where the fine details were taken on board and met our criteria.
Dean, the fitter, was truly wonderful, clean, tidy and so very meticulous in ensuring that every detail was made and installed to precise specification.
This was same experience we had with the bathroom fitter and we were delighted to see that after 8 years that same quality of workmanship is being delivered by Now Kitchens. We chose the Masterclass range as their designs are so integrated and we were avoiding having any wall cupboards. Everything is included within the cupboards under the granite worktops that were made with such precision by Bristows that the appearance is sleek and clean. When we encountered a problem not being able to have a granite surround for our Aga, Darren solved the problem with a precision DecoGlaze glass surround that compliments the colour of the Aga. Not always wishing to have an Aga on in the summer Darren suggested a NEFF combi oven, all singing and dancing, what a brilliant suggestion we love it. This really is a company that delivers on quality and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality company with great design ideas.

Our new Marlborough Kitchen by Now Kitchens was finished in April 2018, and has completely transformed our kitchen. The granite worktops by Steve Bristows are a thing of beauty and complement the whole look. Chris the fitter did a great job, and we knew what was going on at all stages of the project - everything came together very nicely and within our timeframe, and factoring in the fitting of lovely new flooring (by Alfords of Helston). Jono at Now Kitchens provided a great design and was happy to make several minor revisions on his plans and pictures, so we could visualise the layout and colour combinations of units and worktops before making our final decision. Having lived with our new kitchen for over a month now, we still come into the room and absolutely love the super new look. Paul & Carole.

Really Worth the Wait..
When we bought our rather run-down house 12 years ago we immediately started on a program of renovation and rebuilding. Unfortunately, the money ran out just after the building work was completed and so we repurposed the old kitchen in the new space until we’d saved some money. Scroll forward 8 years with a temporary kitchen and we knew exactly what we wanted; we’d planned, designed and dreamed. We’d also heard horror stories from friends dealing with terrible service, partially completed kitchens and disasters.
We were therefore intrigued when a friend came to us with a tale of great service, beautiful kitchens and great fitters. She said she’d had fantastic service from a local company who’d taken all of the stress and uncertainty out of the process.
This conversation lead us to Now Kitchens where we met with Jono who immediately put us at ease. We wanted to get our kitchen, utility room and boot room all completed and it quickly became clear that we were in safe hands. Using our basic idea, we went through several iterations of layout until we came to one that both worked aesthetically and ergonomically. Jono’s patience with our tinkering with the design and re-rendering of the computer drawing was boundless and it enabled us to visualise the finished space so much better. Looking back at this part of the process it’s where Jono and Now Kitchens expertise shone through. Things that we hadn’t considered or had dismissed as not useful were discussed and we incorporated far more than we would have done if left to our own devices or hadn’t been guided through the process. Everything that was suggested has become a kitchen essential and it’s this depth of knowledge and experience that has made our kitchen so fabulous.
Once we started on the installation Simon our fitter was brilliant. Having lived with builders/plumbers/electricians in the house for years I can honestly say I’ve never come across such a tidy worker. He was truly a perfectionist when fitting and would ensure we were informed whenever we had an option for fitting or when our old and out of square house threw up another fitting challenge. All through the fitting process we were kept informed about the progress and any issues or delays that may have occurred. The Now Kitchen reputation for great customer service is richly deserved. Even as the boot room was being completed we requested an addition to the cabinets and it was achieved without any fuss.
Having lived with the kitchen for the last month it’s everything we wanted and so much more. We were capable of designing a functional kitchen but now looking at the finished result I know we are not capable of designing a beautiful, stylish and functional kitchen and we’re certainly not capable of bringing it to life. For that you need the experts – Jono and Now Kitchens.

We have been using our kitchen for a month or so, and I feel I can now provide an accurate review.
It can be difficult to dress up a review, when what you really want to say is as simple as “its ace!!!”, but I will try…
Darren at Now Kitchens helped us through the whole project, which was a long drawn out process on our part. I have to say the patience and enthusiasm he continually showed us was remarkable and I have not experienced such good customer support in any other facet of my life or work (and I work in the construction industry, so deal with suppliers and contractors on a day to day).
The guidance and advice he gave us on Masterclass Kitchens and Neff appliances was encyclopaedic, bordering on ‘geek’ like. This is very much a compliment. I don’t think there was a single query we had that Darren wasn’t able to answer (and we asked a lot of questions). Without blowing the guys trumpet too much, we felt at times almost as though it was his kitchen he was designing, the amount of thought he put into it, raising questions and providing ideas that we hadn’t even considered. This is the real USP I guess. Anyone can supply kitchens, but not everyone has the knowledge, the enthusiasm and the conscience to make sure that it is absolutely the kitchen you want.
In summary, we couldn’t recommend Darren and Now Kitchens enough. If you are in the market for a new kitchen you would be hard pushed to find anyone as dedicated to the standard of service that Now Kitchens are. They are not only able to provide you with fantastic design, supply and installation, they also offer a very genuine concern that the customer is happy, and that is unquantifiable. We are very happy customers indeed.

From walking through the door one day with my daughter to admiring the final result a few months later the whole experience was stress free and exciting.
My kitchen is superb quality and such a beautiful colour!
Jono gave knowledgeable advice, fabulous and sensible planning suggestions and was on hand to oversee each step of the installation.
He took the worry away by dealing directly with my builder and ensuring everything was ready.
I even got a door in my chosen colour to take away to help plan floor tiles and paint.

We visited Now kitchens to get some design ideas for renovation of our house. Jono was very helpful and gave us some great ideas. There was no pressure, we went away and looked at alternatives including lower prices bracket national retailers. We chose to go with Now for the personal service, which normally means a smoother experience. Any minor issues which occurred (only a couple, which is expected in a major refurb) we're dealt with promptly and courteously. We have ended up with a beautiful, well made kitchen which will last for decades. We're really happy with the result.

So pleased I went to Now Kitchens for my lovely Masterclass kitchen.
Great to support a local business but also Top quality, which impressed my kitchen fitter, at competitive prices. Darren couldn't have been more patient and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone

Had a few snags and hiccups after the installation of both bathrooms but we received excellent customer after care service, it was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble to solve the issues we had.
Very pleased with the end results.

When you are installing a bathroom/kitchen its not just the products you need consider, but the whole package from design to installation.
Mike and Darren have excelled in all respects. Plenty of design input, sensible pricing that can be agreed at outset (without those annoying sale tactics others use) and a good relationship with quality suppliers. They have a small network of trusted independent installers (ours project-managed the entire installation).
We now have high quality bathrooms & kitchen, everything was delivered ontime and installation was completed to our agreed timescale. We are so pleased we rather regret that there is nothing else we can get this firm to do.

Great service from Darren and Mike when trying to work out how to refurb our slightly-awkward layout kitchen. Even when he didn't think there was going to be any business coming his way, Mike was happy to spend time with us, chewing over our design issues and coming up with suggestions and solutions. Then, a few weeks later, when we decided to buy from them (primarily because of the service), they came up with prices which were highly competitive with anything the big on-line boys could offer - plus the fact that they were able to get hold of and deliver the items from Neff far quicker than John Lewis could! Couple that with swift and efficient delivery by Darren plus fitting advice (even though we were doing it ourselves) and you have a company that we would recommend to anyone and be more than happy to go back to.

We recently had second bathroom fitted. As with the kitchen and first bathroom excellent service and quality throughout. Had same fitter, Chris Dillow, who was recommended by Now Kitchens and he did an exceptional job in all rooms. The help and professionalism from Mike and Darren was outstanding.

Outstanding service from start to finish. We have used Now on several occasions over the past few years for both kitchens and bathrooms, the latest being a new kitchen in an ancient Grade II listed house where not a single wall or floor is straight or level. We chose Now based on our past experience and on our total confidence in their ability to install a kitchen in a complex property. Darren's depth of knowledge of the range of cabinets, appliances, worktops and extras is exceptional (and far better even than a very reputable competitor). This is the 3rd time we have used Now Kitchens and Bathrooms and we couldn't be happier with our kitchen, bathroom and new shower room.
