Being our first experience of having a kitchen designed and installed we find it difficult to rate this supplier. Some aspects have been excellent but others were quite the reverse. Jono convinced us at the design stage that we should go for all built in appliances and gave us a small discount to encourage us to do so.
During installation Shaun did a really brilliant job of setting the oven unit and adjacent cupboard back into the wall. Also both he and Dave cheerfully accepted minor amendments.
After completion we realised that we had made a major design error and decided to change two of the units. Although strongly advising against this, Jono agreed to quote for and supply the replacements. Since it would be many months before Shaun was available again we made our arrangements for the work to be carried out.
I sent an email to Jono at the end of April advising him of completion of the installation and received the following reply.
"Thanks for letting me know. We are still extremely busy with meetings and design work, although I am obviously keen to come and see you and the installed kitchen. I'm planning to get out at the start of May, so I'll be in touch shortly to make an appointment. "
We appreciate the limitations imposed by the Covid legislation, but had no communication during the installation stage, and now, over three weeks after receiving this message have yet to hear from him. After reading the flattering reviews, I find myself asking - is this really the same company ?

We asked Now Kitchens to plan a contemporary kitchen for our renovation in Falmouth. The designs blew us away. Then throughout the process they have been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and supportive, including installation and after-care. So, top marks — and particular thanks to Christine who was our brilliant planner, designer and project manager throughout.

Despite COVID and Brexit presenting their challenges, NOW did a brilliant job for us. Jono proactively orchestrated the whole thing - including sub-contractors. A quality delivery with a quality service

Working with Jono and the team at Now Kitchens was great. The attention to detail and the ability to 'get it right' first time took a lot of the stress out of our new kitchen extension/build. The quality of their work, the level of service and insights shine through and I would recommend the team for any new kitchen project.

We have had an excellent experience with dealing with Now Kitchens from Jono in developing and agreeing the design and Shaun the installer and the team from Dukestone for the worktops.

The care, support and communication from Jono was excellent and everything happened when he said it would.

Shaun was again excellent and was able to discuss with us how best to deal with the quirkyness of our old farmhouse when fitting the kitchen and provided an excellent end product. There was no problem that Shaun could not solve well.

Dukestone's worktops fitted very well and the guys were very efficient.

We are also very impressed with the Masterclass units, everything seems very well designed and operates very well.

We are very happy to recommend the whole team at Now Kitchens , we had an excellent experience.

Darren and Christine were very helpful and extremely patient with the many changes we made to the design. We are not local and Darren project managed the installation keeping us updated throughout. We are really happy with the finished kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Now Kitchens.

From our first visit to there impressive showrooms and courteous service from Darren and Christine we would highly recommend Now Kitchens. The new kitchen design was amazing ! When the time came to update the kitchen a visit to’ Now Kitchens’ was the obvious choice having worked with them on the bathroom. There was a warm welcome and the help and support from Jono throughout the process was brilliant. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and turned those thoughts into a great design. He was always happy to answer any questions and was only a phone call away. Shaun carried out the work and made the design a reality bringing ideas of his own to enhance the end result. Nothing was too much trouble for Shaun and no problem was unresolved. The whole team involved in the project were brilliant and I can highly recommend ‘Now Kitchens’.

The design process from initial consultation through to final plan was made easy and enjoyable thanks to the advice and suggestions put forward by Darren. The easiest project I have ever had the experience of in over 30 years of refurbishing properties. Christine was really helpful in her design advice and managed the Process with great communication throughout,
keeping us updated at all key points. The project was started on time and finished on time. The quality of the fitters was outstanding, Dean and Damian were superb , nothing was too much trouble and they were incredibly tidy and meticulous in their works do and a pleasure to do business with, very professional and hard working, it wasn’t the easiest of jobs but they never moaned or made a big deal about it like some builders do. Thank you for a great all round job, very satisfied with the end result almost unrecognisable!

The installation of our “Chatsworth Silk” Kitchen has just been completed and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. We purchased our beautiful new kitchen units and appliances from Now Kitchen in Helston, Cornwall and couldn’t be happier. Jono Peck, our “Now” Design Consultant, was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. We were unsure if it would be possible to fit in every aspect that we had in mind for our new kitchen but, with Jono’s expertese and vision, the layout was completely redesigned, resulting in all that we’d hoped for being incorporated perfectly. From our first contact with Now Kitchens, to the final inspection of the finished room, Jono was extremely courteous, professional and accommodating. Once our old kitchen had been removed, the room was made good and fitted out with our new units and appliances by Dean & Damian of Interior Solutions, who were recommended to us by Now Kitchens, and who were also extremely professional and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The entire process from the original chat, design and ordering of our new kitchen, to the worktops being installed and polished, ran absolutely seamlessly. We couldn’t be happier.

Now Kitchens of Helston have provided us with a fabulous kitchen.I installed it myself and have to say the support and advice I received from Mike was way and above the "call of duty" nothing was too much trouble. The whole process from design, ordering and delivery could not have been easier or more efficient. The cabinets came ready constructed and this help to speed up the installation the quality and attention to detail is excellent. We recently had a new kitchen installed by Now kitchens and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
We were guided through the design process and given invaluable advice at each stage by Jono, the designer, who was so patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Shaun who fitted the kitchen was amazing. The process was not straightforward due to our old house having wonky floors and walls but he worked his magic and the end result looks amazing.
If you are thinking about having a new kitchen installed I would urge you to use this company. You won't be disappointed.
