I’ve recently used NowPatient for the first time and I cannot recommend them enough. I have been desperately looking for an item that is out of stock nationally and the team at NowPatient went above and beyond to source the item for me. They kept me up to date throughout the process and the item was dispatched the same day. The staff were so friendly and sympathetic to my situation, they really seem to care which is quite unusual in today’s world. I will definitely be using them again.

My local pharmacy had been struggling to get a prescribed drug for me and was not even able to source the substition. They suggested I try other pharmacies but this was not possible, because I currently have back problems which limit mobility. I should also add, the nearest pharmacy was 4 miles away. I found Nowpatient on the internet, checked them out, and can say that my experience with them was entirely positive. Drugs delivered today as promised. Obviously, I had to pay for them but the cost was not as much as I had thought.

I recently arranged a prescription through NowPatient while living abroad, and I’m really happy with how everything was handled. From the consultation to the payment process and final pickup in London, the team was responsive, patient and helpful, even with several questions and some tight travel timing on my end.

The pharmacy staff were professional and kind when I collected the medication, and I had no issues travelling with it back home. Everything was well organised and clearly explained.

It can feel a bit stressful managing a private order like this from outside the UK, but NowPatient made it manageable. Highly recommend them for anyone in a similar situation.

I've been a customer of Now Patient for over a month and I've been very happy with their service. Amish is very professional as well as super friendly. The delivery from UK to Finland is a bit slow, but otherwise everything's been smooth.
