NowPatient is worth your time!
I do not leave reviews, due to time and a rare condition I have. I initially left a message, my call was returned within 2 hours or less. NowPatient offers 4 discount programs. I worked with Jay, he was genuine and wanted to help me all while giving me amazing customer service. Even though I didn't qualify, he gave me some suggestions and tips while encouraging me to follow up with the manufacturer along with other things I could do. This is the real deal, not a scam, and not a waste of your time. Amazing!! Thank you, Jay!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel utterly compelled to make a very positive comment regards my prescription order from “NOW Patient”. Last week, to my devastation, I found out that there was a complete supply shortage in my very much long awaited specific treatment that I had been medically recommended and after trying many pharmacies locally and online I thought I would try “NOW patient “. I left a message and was called back quickly by the Pharmacist who confirmed they had it in stock - as I was awaiting a confirmation prescription from my local GP the “NOW Patient” pharmacist promised to put one back safely for me for a few days until my due GP appointment day. I then received my prescription from my GP and sent it to “NOW Patient” who called me straight back and after a short confirmation safety check I was so relieved to hear that I will receive my needed prescription within two days . This is literally the best news I have had this year and it saves me months of waiting for my essential treatment to be back in stock locally.

I had a great experience - I had been trying to get medication prescribed by the NHS, but unavailable at local pharmacies, even by order - over a two-week period. I spoke to the pharmacist at the weekend, this pharmacy had the item in stock, and my medication arrived on Tuesday morning
