I ordered the racket. Its been 2 days ago since it was supposed to be delivered and it hasnt even left the origin city.
I called fedex and they said company failed to deliver proper documentation
They dont answer to support tickets and/or email.
Terrible customer service.

A lot of things are sold out
A lot of things are sold out. The sizes you want are not available. Insoles for sneakers are not sold separately. You have to wait several weeks or even months for wristbands or simple things like a cap. Delivery costs 16 euros. Previously, orders over 250 euros were free, now they are over 300. While you are collecting an order for 300 EUR because something is out of stock and you are waiting for it to appear, something else is sold out.
I can’t pay 6 EUR for wristbands and 16 for delivery. This is not reasonable, so I have to collect an order with other players. This is very difficult to do when something is constantly out of stock.

Love the product and the delivery time was reasonable.
The only 2 things I was disappointed on was one my racket is metallic. And I guess I thought it had grit. But it has a gloss finish and smooth no grit. So the images were misleading. The other thing is the handle length. It says extended. So how small is it normally. It should be around 14cm I think or have a variation that has handle around 14 to 15.5 cm. That would just be epic.
Longer handle with a racket that has amazing 3d and grit all over.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I had a disappointing experience with NoX’s customer service. After receiving the wrong size of Padel shoes, I reached out for support but faced slow responses and unprofessional communication. Instead of addressing my concern promptly, I was told not to follow up, which is unacceptable for a brand that values its customers.
My feedback is part of this review to inform others about the level of service I received. I hope they improve their customer support for future buyers.

Worst Upgrade 2024 GENIUS 18K -2025 LTD EDITION
I recently upgraded my racquet from the 'AT10 Luxury GENIUS 18K Alum 2024 to the 'Pack AT10 Genius LTD 2025 - Agustin Tapia LIMITED EDITION,' believing it would offer improved technology ideal for power shots. However, I've found that this new racquet is quite different from the 2024 model. It lacks the same power and seems to be more about flashy technology than actual performance.While the control has improved, the distinction between the soft and hard sides doesn't contribute significantly. Additionally, the defense is weak.
