I've had 3 diiferent Nox Beach Tennis…
I've had 3 diiferent Nox Beach Tennis rackets and also played with 4 other brands. In my opinion, Nox is the best brand in the market. The rackets are not only beautiful and well-built, but the technology that allows hits closer to the edge to be effective, is the where the main difference lies in comparison to other brands.
Waiting anxiously for the new NG17.
I just wish there was a way to contact Customer Service during the purchase.

No response after email for warranty
Had some issues with the order but after sending an email to atc at noxsport.com including a reminder I have not received any response almost a week later. So still pending on a response will update review depending if there is a response or not and the solution that is provided.
Edit: The response from Nox is incorrect. I have only received a response a day after I wrote this review

Broke after one use!
Extremely Disappointed - Broke After One Use!

I recently bought a NOX padel racket, expecting top quality given the brand’s reputation. However, after playing with it for just one game, the racket broke after a simple smash! This is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand that claims to deliver high-performance gear.
To make matters worse, I only received the racket 3 days ago, as confirmed by the FedEx delivery email that I am attaching to this review. It’s shocking that a product could break so quickly after such minimal use.
I am beyond disappointed in both the durability and overall quality of this racket. I demand a full refund or a replacement immediately. For the price I paid, this should never have happened. NOX needs to seriously reconsider the quality of their products if they want to retain loyal customers.
I would not recommend this racket to anyone until these quality issues are addressed.

Regarding the racket, all our NOX rackets come with a warranty, and if this is a manufacturing defect and within the warranty terms, we will proceed accordingly. However, we have not received any email requesting the warranty claim from you in our ATC department. I bought a pair of shoes and provided the address. They sent the item with wrong address written on the label which caused my item be lost by the shipping company and not registered to my account. Now i dont know where my item is and the shipping company requested detailed information which most be provided by the carrier hired by nox. I could not reach these information until now and my item is not delivered to me now for 10 days.

What they have not done is to locate it with the correct reference, because by mistake a number has been omitted. We have just spoken to the transport company MRW and they have told us to wait until tomorrow to inform us. If we don't get an answer the day after tomorrow, we will proceed to refund your money.

The racket did not corresponde to the expectations. The advertising showed an amazing racket from a professional player (Tapia) but actually the racket is for the very first beginners. Such a prestigious brand should not make racket with the type of core so low quality. For a limited edition (300 units) I was expecting something outstanding.
The service of shipping and purchasing was smooth and well done.
