NP Works recently fixed our shower and were incredibly helpful and proactive in how they dealt with the situation, which included interacting with the council to arrange repairs for pipework that the council were responsible for. They always explain things clearly, are quick to respond, and work hard to find the simplest and best solution even in complicated situations. I'm really grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a professional, skillful and friendly service that's great value for money too. Outstanding Service from Nil Parmar at NP Works Ltd

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Nil Parmar, the gas engineer from NP Works Ltd, for his exceptional support in resolving my boiler issue over the past month.

At the beginning of January, my boiler displayed the F76 error code due to a heat exchange built-in sensor failure. Nil conducted a thorough inspection, contacted Vaillant’s in-house engineers, and quickly identified the issue. He went above and beyond by providing me with details on Domestic & General insurance, hoping to assist with a covered replacement.

However, when the Vaillant in-house engineer conducted a site visit, they issued a vague statement that created complications with the insurance claim. Nil took it upon himself to call both Vaillant and Domestic & General multiple times—enduring lengthy calls and recordings—to advocate on my behalf. As I live abroad and rely on my tenants to manage such matters, Nil’s dedication and persistence were invaluable.

Thanks to his patience, professionalism, and expert knowledge, he successfully convinced various customer service teams of the legitimacy of my claim. Unfortunately, due to peak-season delays or staffing shortages, Vaillant never followed up as expected. Despite this, I deeply appreciate Nil’s unwavering effort, support, and commitment to helping me during this challenging time.

This was my first experience working with Nil and NP Works Ltd, and I was truly impressed by his thorough, considerate, and proactive service. I wholeheartedly recommend Nil to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and reliable gas engineer.

This is my second time contacting Nilesh as he did a great job the first time fixing a light. This time he was my heating saviour. My boiler thermostat broke and I was left with no heating. Nilesh provided me with some options and explained the differences, pros/cons and costs. He then managed to come and replace the thermostat within 24 hours . They were quick and efficient with the installation and took the time to go over my new thermostat. Very pleased with Nilesh's work and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The team were amazing! They fixed my leaking tap incredibly quickly whilst also explaining the process to me. They then noticed a leak in a pipe from my boiler (which I had forgotten to mention) and they fixed that too! Great job.

Neil and Sean are absolutely fantastic! Not only are they highly skilled builders, but they are also incredibly friendly, reliable, and patient. They helped us with a range of tasks, including setting up a fire alarm on the ceiling, changing door locks and handle and even working on the boiler and heating system. They took the time to explain how to use and control the heating, making sure everything was clear and easy to understand.
Their attention to detail and dedication to doing a great job are truly impressive. We couldn’t recommend them more highly—thank you both for your amazing work!
