Nil and Sean did a excellent job with relocating a new boiler. The work involved re-routing gas line and fitting a new flue. As a construction industry professional myself, I recognise the skill and professionalism that NP Works provided. They explained each step of the installation process and how to use the smart programmer and app. I would certainly use them again.

Very friendly and prompt, honest service. I was given advice on other issues in my (tenanted) property that I wasn't even aware of and how to deal with them!

It wasn't a straight forward job, and the original installers wouldn't do it. Nil and Sean came round on the same day of asking, were very polite, very good with communication, and ultimately did a great job. They also left the place really tidy. I won't hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great service from Nilesh and his colleague. We had a leak from underneath our bath, which had come through the ceiling, and they did a brilliant job at identifying the problem and fixing it efficiently and very professionally. Excellent communication and advice which we really appreciated. We would highly recommended the company to others.

Nil and Sean did a top job with our office fit out. They tackled everything we threw their way and the final result is excellent. Not only did they do a great job but they also advised us on a number of areas where we were clearly out of our depth and made sure that everything was done for a fair price.

Nil and Sean refurbished a bathroom for us. Great service all the way through - helping me plan it out, giving me pragmatic solutions to problems, and being great to work with throughout the project. I could trust them to do great work and I was very happy with the result. This is the third project they have done for me, and will definitely use them again in future and would recommend them highly to anyone else.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Called me back out of hours, understood that I was a bit worried and so came first thing the next day. They could have ordered a broken part, taken the money with a potential no resolution but instead they helped and advised me on the best course and what would be beneficial to me. Will 100% be using them again - what a brilliant find.

I found NP plumbing through an online recommendation - I am so pleased I did: Neil and his assistant Sean did a wonderful job installing a sink, replacing a shower with a bath, hanging a sliding door etc. Most significant were the efforts they made to ensure everything would be accessible for me as a wheelchair user. I particularly love the way they made modifications that are stylish rather, a reminder that bathrooms modified for the disabled do not always need to look orthopaedic: for instance they adapted the panel on the side of the bath so that I can grip it at any position along the length of the bath. Not only is this practical, it looks great. The end result is a beautiful bathroom that suits my needs, and all the time Nil and Sean were cheerful and easy to have in the house. This was a very satisfactory experience with an excellent outcome.

NP Works came out to fix a mysterious water leak on Friday evening. They were extremely thorough and professional and did a fantastic job. No more leak! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others

Would highly recommend, plumbers helped us replace kitchen tap with Brita 3 way tap and fixed showerbase mastic.
Arrived on time, completed work within suggested time slot (2hrs) and was tidy. Was also given advice on how to use and maintain the tap/mastic going forward.
Very happy with results, charged good rate and service was excellent.

NP Works were incredibly responsive and arrived at our flat within hours recognising that no heating or cooking was possible until the gas leak had been dealt with and gas restored to the flat. They investigated and fixed th issue in one visit. He explained everything he planned to do and what he completed very thoroughly.

Its the first time we have used NP Works but they are first on my list if we need help in future.

These guys fixed a massive problem left behind by Pimlico cowboy plumbers in less than an hour for a very decent rate past 10pm. So friendly, helpful and efficient.

I had a new washing machine delivered that should have been installed by that company. They said they couldn't do it as a hole needed to made for the hoses in adjacent side panel. I contacted Np Works Ltd and they came out at the end of same day. Excellent experience as they managed to install the washing machine without making a hole! Tested the machine & fixed longer hoses so it would be easier to get out for cleaning/ maintenance/ future repairs. I felt they went out of their way to help me out of a sticky situation! Would definately recommend & use this company again. Tania Z

Neil was recommended to me from a friend, and he lived up to the recommendation. He was friendly, professional and thorough with my job, and managed to start sooner than originally planned too. Also he was happy to talk through some other future projects in detail to give his opinions on the most effective and cost efficient approach.
