Worst tires ever I went and bought four brand new tires from national tire and batteries because I was a woman they sold me used tires. They didn’t honor their warranty. The tires gave me trouble from day one I would never buy a tire from them. They are straight trash. Both Mayfield Cleveland Heights establishments. All I can say is do not patronize their store if you are a woman.

Donell has always been extremely helpful and takes great care of me and my vehicle. He always makes sure my vehicle is updated with inspections and my vehicle is safe on the road. This latest repair I had was they found my lug nuts were swollen and my key to my wheel locks was compromised and may not work again. The threads were stripped from previous use. He suggested I get a new key from the dealer. I had to get a whole new set and Donell said (when I called ) come on in we will replace them. I called and within 5 minutes I was at their shop and the tech replaced them within 10 minutes. This kind of service is why I keep coming back to NTB on Oak Hall Lane for my vehicle service.

Wow!!! That about sums it up when dealing with this company. Purchased tires in November of 2023. Starting having major vibration in both the front and the back so I scheduled to have the tires balanced in August 2024. After waiting an hour and a half, I was informed by the technician that my tires were defective and that I needed to contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim. Thinking this seemed odd, I did just that as was informed that the retailer that I purchased the tires from was responsible for the warranty. I was provided the link to the manufacturers website that specifically stated the warranty process and that I had to go through the retailer. The manufacturer provides a "No Questions Asked" 365 day warranty on the tires, which I relayed to the manager at Mavis. He stated that he had to call corporate as he was unaware of the process. After almost 6 weeks of back and forth, I contacted corporate and was told that the information that the manager was providing me was incorrect and that Mavis was responsible for handling the warranty.

I was set up with another location to no avail. I spoke with the manager who assured me that he could get my issue resolved and scheduled an appt to bring the truck in for evaluation. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it at that particular time and called to reschedule. I was told that I would be getting a call to reschedule yet the call never came. I reached out and was able to get the manager on the phone, who then told me that he had to contact corporate as he was unaware of how to handle the situation. Here we go again...the manager had no idea of how to handle a warranty. After approximately 4 weeks of either not getting return calls from the manager or kept being told that he was waiting to hear back from corporate, I finally reached out to corporate again. I was connected with their sister company, National Tire and Battery. I scheduled the evaluation and after about an hour wait, was once again told that my tires were defective and that they would order me new ones. For some reason, they could not get the same tires so I was presented with a different brand, which I accepted. I received a call 2 days later letting me know when the tires would arrive and scheduled an install date. I opted to wait on the tires to be installed and after an hour had passed, I was informed by the manager that my tires were not defective. So now, 2 separate locations had confirmed that my tires were defective and now all of the sudden they are not as they have the new set in front of my truck about to be installed.

I was told that he had to call corporate (here we go again) and that I would receive a call by the end of the day. Over a week later and still no call. I called to get an update 3 days ago and was told by the young lady that answered the phone that she would take care of it and call me back that day. 3 days later, still no call. Either the training is non-existent or NTB/Mavis just does not care about their clients. It is apparent that they are stalling to get past that one year mark of the manufacturers 100% warranty.

I have 2001 Audi A4 with over 265,000 miles and took to NTB Bowie, MD, to have all coolant and heater hoses replaced, tiers rotated, windshield wipers, and an oil change. Ms. 'D' and the service tech, "Sam,' did an outstanding job of taking care of my car and making sure it was ready and safe to drive more that 11 hours for my vacation. They provided me with exceptional customer service and the highest degree of satisfaction.

Chealtsy and the rest of the staff at the Two Notch location by Target are the absolute best,very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.

as always such a friendly and helpful staff! I will always come to this location

Kenneth (at the Towson NTB location) was polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He advised me, and certainly was of assistance in helping me to resolve my engine problem. In the past I bought a full set of Cooper tires from the Towson NTB store, as well as had service/maintenance done on my car. I always had a good experience, and today was no exception. Kenneth is an asset to NTB.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday and other companies would not help me or they were closed. NTB helped me right away, fixed the problem, provided helpful advice, were very pleasant and did not charge me anything!
Jawan did a great job on the repair and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. I could not be more impressed!

I purchased tires for a Class A motor home at National Tire in Broussard La. the price was good no complaints however I stopped by once to check on them and my leveling jacks were partially down I was told they tried to jack up the Motor Home using the house jacks. This is how people get killed. Then they claimed they didn’t have a tool to remove the lug nut covers. They ended up damaging 2 of the rear lugs which I have to replace. A few days later both front hub caps fell off. I’ve ask them to replace the hub caps and reached out twice but no one calls me back.

I called and spoke with Austin who told me to come in and he would help me with replacing a tire..Soon as I got there he helped me quickly..Chris the store manager was super nice and had me in and out quickly...I had no appointment...Ill definitely go back

Ronnie gave such a great experience over the phone before going in and when I was there customer service A1 smiles friendly multitasking and efficient thanks for giving me a pleasurable experience!

I came and let them know exactly what I needed done, 2-1/2 hours later I am asked if I really wanted part of my work done due to condition of my tires. I told them let me pay for the work they had already done then got to wait another 30 minutes for them to do what I had just paid for. 6 people came and went getting their work done while I sat here and waited. NEVER AGAIN I GIVE ZERO STARS!

Unfortunately, today I have to give this company a unsatisfactory review.

They refused to service my car because a previous default at their 100% fault.

NBT TIRE off Warrick Blvd in Newport News, VA refused to service my car because i had "previously cost the company money".

Story: i had 4 new tire placed on my car, and during the process 2 of my rims were damaged by their employee . The damage was noted, repaired, and paid in full by the tire company. At the time I was happy, and willing to return as a customer because they "righted their wrong". A few months later i go back to purchase another new tire, and was told that they would not service my car because i had previosly cost them money.

Shortly before arriving in Chesapeake,Va after a long drive from PA, my engine light came on and my car was running very rough. I drove straight to NTB and made it to the lot before my car totally shut down.
I was greeted by Austin and he was very polite and helpful. He understood the urgency and told me he would be in touch. I got a ride home and waited to hear back.
Communication was excellent with Austin as well as Mike. I was so happy that my car was ready to go the next day.
Austin was my hero! 🦸‍♂️

Recently went in to get a nail repaired in my front driver side and tire rotation.
I asked for the tire pressure to be checked.
Well I had to ask for a valve cap that was not put back on. The tire pressure on all 4 tires are 41,36,34,36 no consistency.
And then I get home and the tire weights used to balance the tire is on the driveway.

The techs were extremely good. The
Customer service was amazing. Truly a 5 star experience.

My wife purchased four tires for her 2020 Lexus ES350. The car was returned with grease marks and smudges on the B pillar, inside driver door, steering wheel, gear shift, etc. I have photographs to document. She called the local NTB shop and they said they’d clean it upon her return. She would rather detail the car by herself than return to them. This is extremely poor and inconsiderate service and I do not blame her. In the future we will take our business elsewhere.

At the NTB on Aurora Road, I had a pleasant experience because they were very transparent and didn't leave me in the dark concerning my car's condition. After calling and searching different auto repair shops for a needed repair, it was quite refreshing that Dan ended my whirlwind of a search with the great service that I needed. Way to go Dan and the team! It's been a real pleasure. Til next time.

We live in Alexandria and were on a 3 day vacation to VA Beach. On the last night (Saturday) we got a flat tire. Sunday we took the car (on a donut) to Firestone but they were busy and could not get to us until the afternoon. A gentleman in the Firestone waiting room recommended NTB. We drove to the Laskin Road NTB and they took us immediately.
Not only did they replace the tire but they returned all tools and donut to their proper places in the trunk.
We could not have been more satisfied.

Team members went above and beyond to accommodate my automotive needs while traveling. All were cordial, knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend the Apex location.
