I use NTB for all my cars.. including a BMW. Mitch and Dave at the Willoughby store are always very helpful and honest about problems that arise when they are working on my cars and make sure all the details are taken care of. I have become used to having to wait sometimes because they make sure they take care of everyone with the same thorough service that they give me.

Called on a Sunday at 4pm saw they closed at 5pm and Rich,Rick and Dylan said to go ahead and come in my rear passenger tire had been going low for 2 mornings when I got there at NTB In Alton Illinois was greeted professionally and got my car in showed me the nail that was in my tire and fixed it. They stayed after hrs to fix my tire. They went above and beyond.my 1st time there will definitely be back

Excellent customer service, fast, and reliable. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. I would recommend NTB in Hampton Va to anyone looking for tires or maintenance.

The Burke VA NTB store is crooked. They try to sell you jobs not needed. They recently told me my rear brakes were down to 2mm and will not pass an inspection. This was while replacing 4 tires. I declined the brake job. I bought new parts and took the brake pads out. They were fine. Maybe 30% worn. Nowhere close to need being replaced. When I went there and showed the manager my “worn pads” and why he said they needed to be replaced he denied ever telling me I needed brakes and called me a liar. I have the voicemail from his call. These people are thieves looking for suckers.

My experience was great at the NTB location in Glen Burnie. I was given a lot of information and I received the utmost respect as a elderly person. I definitely will be back.

Had great experience with NTB in McEntyre, Pittsburgh. Purchase 4 new tires and got an awesome price since I shopped around for a good deal. Ryan was extremely helpful to get the best deal so I got another service while I was there.

Ryan at the ntb on rt11 in Winchester is the worst help ever he knows nothing about cars an he overcharges do not got there the ntb in town by Walmart is so much better an way more knowledgeable not a bunch of kids playing in a shop because Ryan dads is the districts manager for the ntb on east coast so he’s is a priveledhed manager did not earn nothing to get there

NTB is handing out $20 Valvoline Perks rebate at time of the service. However NTB is not signed up with Valvoline and the rebate will not be honored. I spoke directly with Valvoline Perks center and went back to the store manager. its not an honest way to do business. Service & Integrity has declined under Mavis.

Never have a problem scheduling an appointment. Work is done right and explained thoroughly.

came in at 8:30 for tire repair. Was told it would be 45 minutes. Told them ok and went and had breakfast. came back at 9:15 and truck was in shop on jack with hood up and tire sitting by tire machine. 15 minutes after i got back service writer brought me my air filter to look at. Told him no thanks I had a service plan with dealership. at 9:39 i walked out and asked how much longer my tire was going to sit by machine before it got fixed. He said he would check on it. 5 minutes later someone started working on tire . At 10:10 I was told truck was ready . Went to counter and was told I owed 29 dollars for repair. I asked if that was covered under warranty and he asked if I bought the tires there. I said yes and he removed the charge.

Chris and staff are very friendly and professional. I've been going to this location for years and this is why. Too, Keith (mechanic) is my go to man for a job well done. He's very thorough and professional. Very hard to find "good customer service" these days, that's sadly anywhere you go. But, you'll find it here !!

The service receive was efficient and extremely convenient. John, the service manager located in the NTB at North Augusta, solved my issues in a matter of minutes.

I had a Problem with my tires rubbing my fender went to a couple shops told it was my rims and tires which was new causing the tie rub they said the shocks were good stopped By NBT in winston salem on north point BLVD Guy told me it was my shocks i said the shops i went to said it was not the shocks NTB replaced shocks fixed the problem told me to drive it for a while if it rubbed bring it back stand by there work I recommend this shop for great work thxs

The Canal Winchester, OH location completely scammed my mom who went to get my sister’s tire patched. They told her that they couldn’t patch the tire because all the tires were over five years old and ended up selling her a whole new tires even though two of the tires were only three years old. My mom did not know this and only wanted my sister to be driving safe so she bought all new tires. They’re just a bunch a liars that want to sell however they can.

Fast and convenient service. Knowledgeable service personnel. Highly recommend. Timely appointment. Marlin Phillips manager excellent job. Will return again
