My experience with Nuacom has been excellent all the way through from initial sales enquiry to onboarding with my new "softphone" mobile app and desktop app demo. The customer experience has been first rate, with the sales call providing detailed answers to all my technical questions, and then the onboarding representative clearly demonstrating the key features specific to my business and customer management needs. And the Nuacom Chrome extension is an excellent time-saving tool allowing me to simply click on my customer's contact details within my customer management software to dial out. I can also see the name of my customer when they call. I have been particularly impressed by the speed of launching my account: from initial sales call, to completing the online contract to receiving my new business phone number all done within 1 hour, followed by the onboarding demo session the following business day. Very impressive service so far! 5 Stars!

I’ve been using Nuacom for 8 months and the call quality is consistently clear, even on international calls.
The mobile app works great for our hybrid team and setup was surprisingly easy with good support.
Features like call recording, IVR, and CRM integration are solid once you upgrade to the Unlimited plan.
Overall, it’s reliable and great value — I’d happily recommend it for small businesses.

NUACOM offers a great service at a very reasonable price. Using their solutions we're now able to do sales outreach in new regions using local phone numbers.
Before moving to NUACOM we were appearing as "potential scam" to some of our leads, and now this is not an issue for us.
Implementation was quick and easy. I had an onboarding call the same day I joined, and my account was set up exactly how I needed it to be.
The UI is clean and easy to navigate, and the desktop and mobile app are great.
