Fast shipping great service!

I preordered a strictly limited edition of In Flames - Clayman vinyl months ago from Nuclear Blast, and while a shipping label was created, the item was never dispatched, even month later. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no response (!) from customer support.
For such a reputable label, this kind of communication and fulfilment failure is frustrating, especially for collectors. I expected much better.

Easy ordering experience, good variants available directly however I find more often with NB that the vinyl arrives with seam splits which is more of a manufacturer issue, but feedback they should definitely be giving to their pressing plants. Vinyl never arrives damaged in any other way so frustrating to often find this

I have been a client of Nuclear Blast for many years buying CDs; DVDs and band merchandise.
Website easy to access and deliveries always well packaged and speedy. Only problem (not Nuclear Blast's fault) is higher delivery fees due to Brexit

Ordered and got it as promised, could track it, no problems.

Regret to inform you, but UPS asking me for additional expenses 47 CAD as shipping fee.

As to my understanding, I already paid you amount EURO 75 as shipping fee. Why do I have to pay twice for delivry?

Please solve aforesaid matter with them of choose another, less greed courrier, for delivery of my parsel.

Nuclear Blast is expensive, but the've got great releases.

Great music, great communication from the site and excellent comms and options.
Shipping always reasonable and excellent music selection.

good album and cheap price.

Good selection of merch. Good value. Good delivery. A couple of t shirts were not true to size ( smaller than they should be).

I do not recommend. LP two weeks after the premiere and it still has not reached me. Preorder should arrive on the premiere day

I ordered in about 160 euros worth of t-shirts on 29th of May 2025 (late night) with priority dispatch and all.
The order is still somewhere in the universe, they said that the package has left their store, but on the tracking nothing has shown since may 29th. Its 8th of June now as i requested a refund.

Edit: its 17th of july. Im still waiting for the refund, since my package has not arrived at their warehouse.

Order sent back to the sender without a reason.
No answer from NB support service for two weeks. No idea of where the item is.
No refund

Unfortunately, the vinyl was delayed by two months due to production delays from the supplier which was rather inconvenient, but nothing worth crying over.

Nevertheless, everything went well otherwise from the Nuclear Blast team, got all the info I needed regarding the shipment and info.

Then, with some technical difficulties from the local post office I finally got the Behemoth ILYAYD vinyl.

As usual, the Nuclear Blast team was professional and quick to answer all questions that I had in concern.
This won't sour the experience for me though, sometimes things won't go as planned, nothing you can do about it.

Contacted the assistance at NB, but stil no response after 72 h.
I’m still expecting to be contacted and helped with a re-shipment or a new order.
