Great buying experience, my order arrived in great time well packaged will definitely buy from them again

It took a while for them to send out my order (5 days), but everything else worked fine. The Foxblood clothes were packaged well, and it was way cheaper to import them from Germany than from the US.

I purchased TEN pairs of cargo shorts from Nuclear Blast website. They were cargo shorts from Brandit and Surplus. I'm a normal-build guy at 5'11". I ordered all my cargo shorts at XXL sizes, thinking that should give me ample 'bagginess'. Well, that's not the case. Some of the shorts are actually TIGHT on my legs and again, I don't have 'big' legs, so there's really no reason for them to be tight, especially at XXL.
The only legit reason for this is that Nuclear Blast is selling sub-par quality merchandise. Cargo shorts are supposed to be BAGGY, that's why people wear them because they have plenty of room.
I contacted Nuclear Blast and they said they don't do 'exchanges'. I haven't even worn these outside. But they will give me a discount on my next order lmao.
Ok so they don't do exchanges.
THEN MAYBE THEY SHOULD SELL CLOTHING THAT HAS LEGIT SIZES.
I feel like I've been ripped-off and have fallen victim to false advertising. Because the reality is, that's exactly what Nuclear Blast is doing - FALSE ADVERTISING. Their SIZES ARE INCORRECT.
They want to sell cheap merchandise, then that's their problem.
Buyer beware.
I will NEVER purchase from Nuclear Blast ever again.

Best online buying experience. I love how vinyl shipped from Germany gets to me faster than vinyl from a few states away. Exceptional packaging to prevent any damage.

The store does not respond to messages. I reported that the Polish courier company returned the package without my consent to the sender. I sent two reports asking for a re-send, the store did not respond to either of them. I wanted to get a rare CD with limited copies, but they refunded my money. This is my last purchase in this store.

Thanks for the alert for the New Great Music. Its a shame you cant stop the Discog'ers from getting the products before the real fans. My CD was well packed and sent in good time. Thank You

The package arrived all damaged, it took a long time and all the vinyl packaging was damaged. I complained and to this day there is no response.

The shipment arrived in good condition, although late. Communication with the store is very good.

Vinyl is shipped inside the cardboard box. During shipping it went through and damaged the sleeve. Customer service the dont help. So they dont take responsibility for damaged goods. Last time i bought something from them.

Bought a vinyl record from them that had a huge skip in one song due to a hole in the record.
After contacting customer support they offered me a 5€ "partial refund". The record was 40€.
