Love nudie jeans. Delivery has always been quick and colours and fit as expected. I have bought a few pairs over the years and the only place I buy jeans from!

Ridiculously Small Sizing
Awful jeans. The sizing is the opposite of vanity sizing i.e. a 34 waist measures 32 across.
Fit is poor. Really tight on the hips. No give in the denim so uncomfortable.
Worst premium jeans I've had. Far inferior to Edwin, DSquared or even G-Star.
Their sizing is way off.
Fast and efficient service, however, their sizing is way off and inconsistent. Customer service is in denial.
Expensive and doesn't last
Very expensive and not very long lasting.
I bought a pair of Skinny Lin (and Lean Dean) and after wearing them occasionally, I got holes in the crotch area. I have experienced this with other brands of jeans but it usually occurs after many years of use and countless washes. They look very good, fit great and the company's philosophy is commendable but the jeans are not very robust (especially considering they're asking people not to was them!!). I will stick to other brands until the quality improves.
Very poor quality. Disappointing
Very poor quality
I'm so disappointed with this brand. I bought 2 pairs of jeans (1 loose fit style and one straight leg) last year in November and by March I had to get them repaired as the material had thinned and torn. The guy in the shop told me it's because I ride a bike (although I've never had this experience with any other jeans). Within 2 weeks of getting the jeans repaired the material between the legs had ripped again. I have now had to get them repaired 3 times within a year. Will never be buying these jeans again. There are other sustainable brands that are much better quality.
Five star review from a guy in the north east of uk
Never been to a nudie jeans shop or ordered online but I will say, I will never…………………buy any other brand of jeans again. Fantastic fit, look great no issues with any of the jeans I’ve bought. All the noise about things not fitting from some of the reviews are baffling to say the least. What do you expect if you haven’t tried the garment on? Complaints about free repairs taking time! ITS FREE! Keep up the great work nudie your clothing is not only top quality but ethically sound
Lifetime free repair is a scam.....
Bought a pair of the organic jeans from the Shisui Premier Outlets store in Chiba, Japan. They ripped on day one. Took them back to the store for the 'free' repair and was told it would take six months to be fixed !. (I confirmed this multiple times in Japanese) or I could pay a fee and they would be fixed in two weeks. I said to the sales assistant that this was false advertising and they said if I didnt like it bad luck....
Absolutely shocking tactics
Absolutely shocking tactics, as a new customer of Nudie, My products where not delivered to me and the company is with holding my funds. The rep for the business has been extremely unhelpful and has deliberately tried to hinder the path to resolution. After multiple emails over the space of 8 days. I requested a refund and was then told the I would have to wait the 15 days for the investigation to complete. Given it is a courier issues and not a customer issue. why am i being told to wait for the substantial amount of money these over priced products are sold for?
Nudie jeans are amazing
Nudie is a fabulous brand. I have been buying Nudie for the past 10 yeas and don't want any other brand anymore. I get the slim leg cut always, and I love them - they are stunning, flattering, very comfortable and well lasting. Made out of organic cotton which feels really nice when worn. I don't understand at all how can anyone be critical of this brand, to me it sounds very odd and not genuine, as Nudie is consistently fantastic. Sure no one cut fits all but they do so many versions that you simply need to chose well. True I never tried their repair service, and I am not interested to do that either. The jeans are well made a very well lasting, and if they start loosening after 5 years of wear, I take it as simply very fair wear and tear which is due to happen with anything, I simply wear them till they die, which is years and years. I have never encountered seams coming apart, zip breaking or anything that would require fixing.
Poor quality and greenwashing
Bought a pair of Nudie Jeans because of quality claims and their eco-stance. However, the pair quickly got crotch rips. Costumer care claims it's not a matter of quality but a matter of wear and tear. No jeans I have had previously have degraded so quickly and the internet is full of pictures from others with similar issues.
Their free repair service is a joke, you can't send them the jeans so you need to travel to a store which does not necessarily accept the jeans, somehow this is to not negatively impact the environment.
I like Nudie Jeans, I cannot stand their service
I like Nudie Jeans. I probably have about 18 pairs of their jeans because I both like the cuts and the eco stance.. the "free repairs for life" mantra is great and in a world where we all try to do our bit sits well.
As I said, I've got a fair few pairs of their jeans. I'm a big lad. Chubbus Rubbus takes its toll from time to time, and over lockdown was no different. No problem, I thought.. I'll take a train down to LDN and drop the 5 pairs of jeans with aftermarket airy thigh vents in for a "free repair for life". Of I trotted. Girlfriend and kids in tow. A great family day out to London and off-loading the jeans for repair along the way. No problem, so off we trot to the railway station in South Wales and begin our adventure. Nudie don't open until 11 on a Saturday, but that's OK, we did some touristey things, bought some overpriced M&Ms, and wandered back down to the store. This is where Nudie very quickly became a brand that I used to buy. Upon booking the jeans in, I was told that I could only book one pair in per day and that the system will only accept one pair per email address on each day. I was shocked. I pointed out to the lady that I live 200 miles from the store, and the response was "you'll have to come back". I then pointed out to the lady that the carbon footprint of this journey (along with the family ticket costing me about the same as a pair of new jeans) was in direct contradiction with the eco statement printed on the pocket in every pair I own. I was then told "we have other customers too, and it wouldn't be fair", to which I replied that I wasn't asking her to queue jump me, I wasn't asking for the 5 pairs to be done together, just to be booked in.. No. So, genius.. Girlfriend and child booked some pairs in - I was told that "normally this would not be allowed", but the snotty little madam reluctantly allowed us to book 3 pairs of the 5 in for repair - she drew the line at the 3 year old being allowed to book a fourth pair in, leaving me trekking around London with two heavy pairs of jeans in the bottom of my rucksack.
The fact that repairs will not be done postally and will only be done in store has changed my opinion of Nudie. I used to be a big advocate for the brand and would turn friends on to them. Not any more. As a result of this experience, I've found out the hard way that the ecological credentials of the company, whilst possibly anchored in best intention originally, are now little more than marketing BS. If the service has become unsustainable, be honest about it - I'm sure the other things they do which are environmentally sound would be able to help them position themselves as a market leader.
The shame here is I love their cuts. Steady Eddie & Grim Tim are two of the most comfortable shapes of jeans I own.
Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Emails are constantly ignored and have been waiting 7 weeks to collect my jeans after having the length taken up. I was told they would ready for collection after 1 week.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed! Will not buy anything!
Duo to Nude jeans quality issues requested for reparation 😊 as the company policy is reparation for lifetime. The Disappointed is I need to wait for few months to reparation my jeans. 😂 Malmo Sweden
Shocking fit
I have placed two orders with Nudie Jeans, and I haven't kept a single pair from either order.
I love the idea of having a single pair of jeans for the rest of my life and getting them repaired when they need it, but I do not love how Nudie Jeans operate or how they seem to size their jeans.
All orders have to be sent back to Sweden so you're going to be up to £10 out of pocket if your jeans don't fit. Heres the thing too, their online fitting guide is useless. I am normally a 32 waist but the first set of 32 waist jeans didn't fit, so I used their online fitting guide, compared the two different styles I had chosen to two different pairs of jeans that I like and fit reasonably well and neither pair of jeans I received fit! The first pair were way too small to the point I couldn't button them up, and the next pair, which were 33 waist, I could take off without unbuttoning!
A pair of the Lean Deans from the second order were also shocking quality compared with the first pair of Lean Deans I tried - they've got lots of bobbles on and just do not feel like £145 of jeans.
So now I am going to have to pay their ~£10 yet again to send the jeans all the way back to Sweden and continue my search for a proper fitting good quality pair of jeans.
My only jeans are 2 pairs of Nudie Lean…
My only jeans are 2 pairs of Nudie Lean Deans. They fit well, have an excellent cut, and are super quality. I have no idea what the bad reviews are about, unless there are a load of knock-offs being sold? Outstanding quality, and I wear them every single day. Also, follow the Nudie care advice!!!! Minimal washing essential!!
Not a sustainable company
My new Nudie jeans came with multiple areas of faulty stitching. Nudie's website claims it offers free repairs on their jeans, but this is only if you can access a Nudie shop (there is only one serving the whole of the UK). I live 161 miles from London and after a long email exchange Nudie reluctantly reimbursed me for a local tailor to fix their faulty stitching. Nudie require the customer to pay the postage for returns/exchanges so I didn't want to go for this option.
After a year and a half of light-to-moderate wear the inside inner seam stitching has broken in two places which are protected from any wear and rubbing. After emailing Nudie to request the free repair that they promise customers on their website I was told that it is expected that their stitching will break on any area of the jean after this period of time and that i'd have to pay to travel to London to have their poor quality stitching repaired at their shop. It's worth noting that I followed Nudies advice of only washing the jeans every 6 months so any wear from washing was at a minimum.
It's pretty obvious that Nudie cater to people who want the label but not the quality or the sustainability. Nudie aren't invested in repairing their jeans in the interest of sustainability like their advertising makes out - very misleading.
The quality of the stitching is shoddy, by far the worst quality of any pair of jeans I own despite them being the most expensive, by more than double. The denim relaxes so much that it completely loses its shape and ends up looking baggy.
Some of my friends and family have had similar experiences with Nudie's low quality, and high price tag, lack of true interest in sustainability and misleading promises. Lucy and Yak provide far better quality for less than half the price, and seemingly have a true interest in creating sustainable and reliable products.
Jeans fit well but the zip broke within…
Jeans fit well but the zip broke within a month. They say they will pay for a repair but probably shouldn't happen in the first place. Lots of rhetoric about keeping your jeans but then they break quicker than a much cheaper pair would. Also I didn't receive an apology.
Essentially a scam - beware
I bought my jeans, as many will have, based on the amazing promise that they would be repaired free of charge. I got a tear in them and took them in to be replaced - and they told me it would take 6 MONTHS!
I understand having a backlog, but 6 months (25 weeks) is just ridiculous. At that point, it's pretty much just an attempt to discourage you from getting your jeans repaired with them, and therefore not fulfil their promise. Hence, I would label it as a scam.
The worst part is that they told me that I could take it to another shop that 'only' had a 5 week backlog. So, how badly managed is this company that they can't move jeans between their shops to deal with a six month backlog? They put the onice on the customer, in what I think is a blatant attempt to discourage people from getting the repair.
Suggestion: if you're selling jeans on the promise that you repair them, but you have a 6 month backlog, then either don't make that promise, or hire more people to help repair the jeans.
Shame.
Cannot send in for repairs.
Zip broken within a few months. Would have to travel 50 miles to have them repaired as they don't accept send ins. Repair kit has been sold out since I bought the jeans.
Terrible Customer Service
Went to return a pair of jeans but store manager refused. Contacted customer services who said it’s up to the store manager and suggested I sell on eBay! I only bought the jeans 3 days ago and didn’t even want a refund, just an exchange. Complete indifference to customer satisfaction. My first and certainly last purchase. Steer well clear!
