Jim and Maureen have to be the nicest delivery people I have ever dealt with! We live very remotely and they had to come a very long way to deliver to me but they were still chatty and cheerful. Although a brief interaction, such things tend to brighten a person’s day. My goods were carefully deposited and I would recommend them anytime.

Jim and Ryan just delivered my washing machine, were very careful not to damage it as they brought it into the house , were equally attentive when removing my old appliance. Both Ryan and Jim were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend these two

Jim delivered a three piece suite from very to my parents home. He was a delight to deal with very friendly conscientious and very careful bringing in the products so there would be no damage to the walls and doors. He took off all the coverings and took them away with him. He went over and beyond and his helper Ryan was just as professional I would 💯 use jim and his delivery company again. But would ask for Jim.

I purchased a product that was being delivered by Nugo. The product was late leaving the company I purchased it from. As I was under pressure to get the product delivered quickly I contacted Nugo directly. From the minute I contacted Nugo I spoke with two very helpful and understanding representatives Caroline and Andrea whom I couldn't recommend highly enough. They were professional, courteous and incredibly helpful ensuring my delivery arrived on time and only within 2 days of pick up. Nugo provides a fantastic service even the delivery men were very pleasant and helpful also. My experience with Nugo has been fantastic and couldn't recommend them highly enough.Thank you Caroline and Andrea for all your help.

I recently received 2 very large flatpak boxes from Very & Jim & Ryan, the Nugo courier drivers were very kind & lifted them into the hallway for me! I’m 71 so I wasn’t able to do that myself. I do so appreciate the extra effort on their behalf. First time I’ve heard of Nugo - so keep up the good service!! Tx!

Very unprofessional service, i didnt think fastway could get worsez then they partenered with this crowd. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I ordered a bbq as a birthday present, and 1 week after the date it was supposed to be delivered, still no sign of it. One of the workers, where I ordered from kept on emailing and calling liam and adam from Nugo (as it was impossoble for me to get in contact with anyone working there). Each reply back, they would advise "next working day" and after each day, we would have to contact them again. Eventually I started emailing them as I was fortunate enough to be cc'd on an email, advising me it would be delivered on the next working day - and after yet again it not being delivered - I emailed both of them, and had to keep emailing them until eventually they got it delivered on a Friday at 7pm, but only box 1 of 2 of my order?! The delivery person had no interest that it was only half delivered either. At the end of it all, the company ended up sending me out a new box 2 with a different company (this came very quick) and nugo were to return the parcel to the place I ordered from, but then they eventually decided to just deliver it to my local shop and never contact me? So I had to get it uplifted again. Very unprofessional service from people who just don't care about what they do.

Ordered a fridge from Very, which came within 5 days.  The Fridge was a very large & Heavy, Item. Ciaran from Nügo Delivery texted me on the morning of the 16/8/2024 to advise they were on their way with my delivery & sure enough, the 2 man delivery arrived within 2 hours. The 2 guys were not only polite and helpful.  They had to bring the fridge up a flight of stairs as I live on the 1st floor apartment with no lifts. They were so accommodating.   I wish I had got their full names.  I want to thank them for their professionalism and Positive Attitude. Highly recommend Nügo Delivery 🤗

Andrea was an excellent communicator, her response to watsapp messages regarding my 2 man delivery from woodies was immediate, and I was kept informed of the schedule in realistic time. When the delivery arrived the driver and assistant were not only polite and helpful but emptied the pallet and repositioned 24 boxes of heavy flooring into the house and my wife didn't have to lift a finger, thanks lads. I would highly recommend Nugo.

Hi, This company have berm absolutely disastrous to deal with!!! Delivered the wrong item, over 25kg in weight, which were dumped behind my car at 7.30am on a Saturday morning, without ANY call or text for announce delivery. They thrn left saying that the wrong item wasn't their responsibility. I have a series of phone calls, emails and solicitor involvement despite still no response from NuGo since delivery on 27th July. DO NOT USE THEM - they also lied about delivery times, claiming yo have called to our home, when I have a Ring Camera/Video to prove NOBODY called at the times they claim..... still trying yo get the massive item collected by them in order to be refunded my money from VERY Irelznd. Overall a VERY bad experience from start to finish, I would rate this company 100% AWFUL.

Only reason to use this company and by extension the parents branch Fastway would be if it was completely out of your hands. I don’t mind mistakes at all, but the lack of responsibility taken and attempts to pass blame to me were ridiculous, like dealing with an impetuous child who digs her heels in once it’s clear they made a mistake. Next time just own up to it, apologise. A***** obviously has a lot going on in her life. but communicating with her, the negativity actually affected me. Horrible person at the time of contacting. Drivers got flustered after they went to the wrong address and their sense of embarrassment led them to be rude and hang up on me and they actually left the county without coming to provide their service. Hilarious.

Jim & Ryan came with our Very delivery one morning in Co Kerry. They were kind and accommodating and friendly. Jim in particular was full of advice and generous.

They even very kindly returned two days later to collect and dispose of the old electrical item we were replacing. We feel they were exceptional in their service.

Absolutely disgraceful service was told fridge freezer that was ordered from Very Ireland was going to be delivered Friday 12th of July was not delivered Friday was not delivered Saturday after numerous phone calls texts etc was delivered Monday/Tuesday am at quarter pass midnight!!!! Worst experience ever never again!!!

I worked for this crowd and was promised the sun moon and stars. I got promoted to team leader and I am still waiting on back dated money from them. Iv still customers contacting me in relation to items not received and further on they do not care one bit about staff or customers, STAY WELL AWAY

If it was possible to leave no stars I would. Absolute rubbish delivery service.
I was told that Nugo would be in contact to arrange a suitable day/time but that didn't happen.
I wasn't available the first day they wanted to deliver, so they said another day would be arranged but I heard nothing.
I received an email this morning to say it had been delivered and signed for but I was at home and nobody called here.
I checked with my neighbour who said she saw them leaving a very large package outside the front of my house. They didn't knock and didn't ask anyone to sign for it
I now have a treadmill in its box, lying outside my house in full view and I have no way of getting it in until possibly this evening.
They obviously couldn't care less about what they are delivering, or if the customer ever receives it. As far as they're concerned, their job is done.
This kind of attitude makes my blood boil, if you're not going to do your job properly then find something else to do and let somebody who actually cares about doing their job, take your place!

Although the product I ordered from Very took a few weeks to arrive, they emailed me with updates, and the Limerick team delivered it smoothly and kindly, even bringing it upstairs to help us. Thank you for your help, Limerick team

If it was possible to leave no star review I would. No customer service, you have to go through fastway who want nothing to do with it. They send you a delivery message but don't actually deliver. Tracking will tell you scheduled for next day delivery for days and they don't delivery within there own set time frame. shambles of a company.

Still waiting on my delivery a month after its been collected, contact number doesn't work, no emails back, check who they deliver with before buying, if its this company or fastway avoid.

Jim and Ryan delivered our garden furniture on behalf of Woodies. They rang ahead so we knew when they were arriving. They were friendly, efficient and put our delivery in our front yard. Great Service and Hassle free. Happy Customer in Kerry 😊

Absolutely appalling service. Emailed me twice over 10 days ago to say they had my items, there was a tracking button but no tracking id - just got through to a Fastway error page. Have tried contacting them multiple times through their support facility - no response and I still haven't received my items. In the future, I will make sure I ask who is going to deliver to me and if they say this crowd then I will go elsewhere.

Jim and Ryan from Nugo have just delivered my heavy garden furniture boxes in Listowel today 17.05.24. They were really helpful and carried the boxes into the garden for me.

Such great service. Top notch guys! Thank you both for being so helpful.
