I bought a number plate from this company back in November, and they sent through one that was a completely different size to what I ordered. You would probably expect that this was a genuine mistake that any company would quickly rectify, however this company doesn't appear to actually have any customer support. 5 emails and 4 months later, unfortunately I'll now be forced to resort to charging the money back if possible, if not then legal action.

Sure - the order was only £30 and it'll take me a lot of time and effort to recover that, but out of principle I will not let this company steal my hard earned money. Please don't risk them stealing yours either.

Easy, quick and no issues.

If I could give this negative stars I would. These people have gone out of their way to make it difficult to see all of the terms and conditions. I wanted a plate with just the bs markings and no company name. The number plate preview picture showed my plates how I wanted them. When they arrived, they had the company name on them and not what I’d seen on my preview. I contacted them to tell them the problem and they sent a rude email back basically saying tuff luck! I had multiple email exchange it’s them, some of which were ignored and they were all rude and abrupt. No customer service at all. I repeatedly asked for any parts of their website that described that they would not be how they looked in the preview but all they did was say it’s in the terms you clicked. I read the terms and it is very unclear to someone reading through to get plates as it states logo and bs number which anyone would assume would be a small logo next to the bs number and not written across the bottom of the plate.
In summary, these people are misleading, rude crooks. Please Avoid at all costs!!!

I placed an order with these and I was very worried due to the bad reviews, I emailed them after sending my ID documentation asking if I would receive my order and they emailed me back the next working day and was very happy to tell me my order had been dispatched and should be with me within a few days! They was very responsive and also told me not to worry about my documentation getting into the wrong hands, they have to ask for ID to stop any criminal activity with your number plates so if you are placing an order make sure you send your documents! I am very happy with my number plates, I ordered the 4D plates and they look amazing for the price! I found them very easy to contact and very helpful. Plates arrived in good time furnish our new car, they look great, came with adhesive pads which I didn’t try as I prefer screws. Overall I’m very happy with them.
