I ordered a plate to replace a neighbours after I damaged it. After I provided my payment details I got to the logbook/id proof section and realised I could not complete the purchase as I don't own the vehicle.
After emailing the company instantly, to explain my mistake and request a cancellation, they replied with a flat refusal on the grounds they had 'made the number plate immediately' (I ordered it at half past Six Friday evening)! but before receipt of the mandatory proof of vehicle ownership and/or I.D.
So that apparently, is that. Payment taken and My tough luck. No refund and no number plate.
Many thanks and keep safe number plates direct.
They now call themselves pfc, plates for cars.

Don’t bother. Dead the small print which they don’t make clear. Also bought the plates to get rid of plates with a logo and they go and out their own logo on the new plates without my authorisation. Poor service

Excellent quality plates for the price, delivered on time and website was very easy to navigate and understand, would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy affordable and great quality plates.

This company is absolutely terrible. They sent me plates that are completely incorrect and are refusing a refund, or to make the plates that I ordered free of charge.

Ignored my documents the first time. Took my payment, submitted documents and then I had to chase after a week for them to just confirm that'd they received my order. Then proceed to send completely the wrong plates.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Item came damaged and emailed with no response, couldn’t be bothered to wait so had to order from a different website

Not sure what everyone else is on about, or I just got lucky. Ordered on the 28th April and received on the 2nd May. Little over the 1-3 days, but brilliant service with current happenings. Great quality and packages very well too. Thank you!

Seems as if they have been inviting old customers to review their service to improve the ratings on this site. Please ensure you check the full rating before ordering as the 1 Star rating all have the same issues.

NOT RECOMENDED. Sent out wrong letter on number plate , even though they had seen my log book then tried to accuse my of trying to do something illegal
Customer service does not exist , No phone number , No return address so i cant even send these plates back
Utter rubbish as a company , just after your money

I got exactly what I wanted, no fuss no problem. Can’t ask for a better service, I will use them again.
