Another week after my last review - Still no plates delivered.
This is now 30 days after first purchasing my private reg from Number Plates Direct.
I have asked for a refund and I have not received that. I have left around 8 messages for them to contact me and still nothing. Absolute thieves.
Do not use this company. I will leave bad reviews over every social media / review platform until someone has the decency to contact me or refund my £56.
Terrible terrible customer service. I will be contacting trading standards.

Great service
I received delivery of my new number plates the morning after ordering (early am.) Thank you, I really did not expect to receive them the next working day so was both shocked and delighted.
The ability to email documents was a major factor in choosing NumberPlatesDirect and the speed of turn around from order to delivery has more than justified that choice.

Avoid!...next day delivery took 17…
Avoid!...next day delivery took 17 days!, when they did arrive they were incorrect, after the one condescending email I did receive when I chased them up I really cannot be bothered to expend any more energy on this waste of time company.

Took my Card Payment first and then said they cant do it with no refunds accepted.... just lost £25.00
These guys took my money first then said it wasn't a legal plate and just kept my money as they offer no refunds...
They have no telephone number or UK address either so just lost £25 for not checking their reviews, proper nightmare..

Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with. No customer service. Have a good look down and read the negative feedback, expect problems. Still waiting to receive my replacement plates in the post - months later, after receiving poor quality finished plates. Stay well away.

Good product & service and good backup. Trustpilot looks like a problem as I bought a year ago!!
Number plates were great and on-line chat managed to sort out that I needed 2 plates with different sizes (Different trailers) so got sensible solution so not double postage and both supplied together. Why Trustpilot asks for a review nearly a year later defeats me!!
