The device works wonders on my skin, the price is also OK - right at the sweet spot that everyone should be able to afford. Being located in Italy, shipping took 10 days to arrive so I guess it's subjective based where you are but there's that.

I had an issue with tracking and the order seemed lost, since I didn't quite understand who was the carrier then I reached out to Nuovalucebeauty team and they started to investigate from their end.. turns out that the order had arrived to my local post office for unknown reasons and was delivered right on my door the very next day.
