They had no issues delivering my order…

They had no issues delivering my order to Germany with expedited shipping. Very happy with the product too! Will be back after a couple months to update my review and give a little more detailed overview how it has affected my skin.

My device stopped working while still…

My device stopped working while still under warranty. There is no working phone number for this company anywhere and I have left multiple emails on all platform I can find them on and nobody will get back to me.

Scam Company

Please do not purchase from this company. This is a scam company. Check BBB review before purchase. Owner name is Angelo. All videos, social media reviews are purchased. Product quality is very bad. Made in China. This company screwed a lot of customers. Be aware of them.

I like the device when it works

I like the device when it works. I sent the micro current head back to the company over a month ago. My contact Amy will not respond to my emails. I’m wondering if they went out of business.

CHARGER FAULTY

CHARGER FAULTY, HAVE EMAILED THE COMPANY SINCE SEPTEMBER, AND BEEN PROMISED, BUT TO DATE STILL WAITING FOR THE PART. THERE'S NO TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. REALLY TIRED OF CHASING NOW AND HOPE THEY IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE

Terrible company. My devise quit working after 6 months. I sent the part back and was told they would replace it. It has been 4 months and I still have not received the new part. They do not return

They don't ship their products. Just go onto BBC and see dozens of complaints and they all sound the same. The company is not reputable

DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE!

I have the same review as the other person. The device literally does not work. Nothing happens when you turn it on. I cannot believe this company hasn't been shut down by the BBB. It's a scam. The light does nothing either. Useless. I'm still waiting for a return label.

The device came defective

The device came defective. No microcurrent at all. The intensity never changed. It just felt like rubbing two cold marbles on my face. I have tried to contact customer service and no resolution yet. They only got back to me to ask what the problem was to handle my case. A return shipping label was sent. Will let you know if I receive a full refund.
