I would be happy to adjust my review if things can be corrected. I ordered the Suana Pro with 3 to 5 day shipping and it took 16 days to receive the product. When I finally received it it was the smaller Sauna go. I reached out to customer service they told me it is the right product in the wrong box, this is not the case. I sent them another message with pictures to prove it is the wrong product and haven't received any response.

Decent Quality for the Price
UPDATE: After seeing my TrustPilot review, the company has now sent a replacement heater as of 28 MARCH. And it's a working product. My husband got this portable sauna for us as a Christmas present for us both. The heater doesn’t work at all. It literally blows cold air instead of hot. He went back and forth with this company trying to get a new heater, trying to prove to them it wasn’t working. Here it is now March (3 months after ordering and submitting a request for a new heater) and nothing has come of the request. This was such a waste of money, to not get a useable product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY-SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE STRESS.

Well… wrong item but that’s cool
Well. It was hard. They sent me the wrong item. However I was tossing up getting that one anyway… though I wanted the standup one, however the smaller one probably does better for the heat and space so… kinda felt like it was meant to be. Customer service interaction was great. It takes a minute (or day) but high satisfaction with the resolving issue.
The shipping out did take a few days. It was about 7-10 days. Pretty normal for some places.
Now I am enjoying the cute little sauna.

I ordered sauna pro they sent me tropic go. There is no customer service number and one response to my several emails that simply says i received what I ordered which isn’t helpful. I stated I ordered the sauna pro which is 73” and they sent me a tropic go that barely reaches my shoulders. Frankly, the customer service is abysmal. Still no resolution.

When ordering multiple items it arrives at different dates and from different locations.
Also sauna left at Maximum temp and left for 35 minutes......does NOT reach 185. Not even close

Poor customer service
My order has not arrived yet, it's a week past the delivery date. Still just showing label created. I contacted customer service, they stated FedEx had the package it was just not updating. I contacted FedEx, they have not received packed. I asked for a refund after this and im getting not response.

Heater doesn't work consistently
I ordered my nurecover and was enjoying the sauna. However one of the heaters has stopped working. It turns off randomly and then will return to working order with no rhyme or reason. I tried contacting the company twice to get a replacement by using the lifetime warranty but have yet to hear back.

What went wrong
What went wrong? Where do I start. First mistake was placing the order. Second, building it, thinking it would be legit. Third, customer service. Biggest scam production out there. Nothing but the run around when trying return the product, or get replacement parts.

Shipped from China. No tracking - ends with customs. Contacted customer service several times without any response except for the generic auto reply. Steamer caught fire….. literally. Finally got a response on that ticket through support and they wanted evidence of a smoking steamer. Thankfully I had evidence that was submitted. No refund, just replacement. DO NOT BUY! Save your money and buy off Temu.. at least their customer service is better.

Terrible customer service, low quality product.
The product is pretty low quality, could purchase the same exact thing for much cheaper on Amazon. Heater broke within the first few weeks and dealing with customer service was a nightmare.
