AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!
I made an online purchase based off fake reviews on their website. I received an email that my order had shipped with an estimated delivery date. The date came and went. I contacted the vendor and got an automated response that due to the high volume of orders, their warehouse was out of stock and my product had been shipped from an overseas warehouse. A few days later I received another email that the product had shipped via FedEx. I checked the FedEx website which listed the status as "label printed". I contacted them and said I no longer wished to purchase the item because of their inefficiency and negative reviews I found on the internet. Two days later no response, and the same status on FedEx. So I contacted my bank, disputed the charge, and sent a short email explaining very clearly that I was cancelling the order, effective immediately and demanded a refund. Within 5 minutes, I received notification that the refund ($3 less than what I paid) had been issued. Four days later I received an email that even though I had cancelled the order and received a refund that they had shipped the item. They stated that if I did not wish to take the item I needed to refuse the order with the shipper (FedEx). I attempted to stop the order with FedEx who said that could only happen if I told the delivery driver that I am refusing and to return it to the shipper, requiring me to wait for the delivery to arrive at my home. They also said that if I didn't refuse the order, they would charge me again for the order!
Bottom line,,,AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. They are a scam with no customer service at all. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, PERIOD!

More value than I expected
Assembly is pretty easy. I've been using it a few times a week every week. There are 3 variants of the product and that wasn't obvious when I ordered and I got the smallest one on accident. I'm 6'4" but it's been ok to get in and out of. Once I'm sitting down inside, it feels roomy enough for me. Only design oversight that I've encountered is not being able to see the display on the steamer unit while in use due to the the window being fogged up. For the most part, it's a set it and forget it setup though, so it hasn't been too bad.

Some thoughts to consider
Shipping took longer than I would like, but once I got the unit, set up was very easy and I am very impressed with its size, rapid heating and overall convenience of use, especially at this price point. I would like to suggest 4 things though...
1. Re-design the entry door. I removed one of the door front support poles, separated it, and used the 2 pieces to reinforce the roof (attached and secured with zip ties) to maintain and prevent sagging. With that the unit is allot easier to enter/exit.
2. A heat tolerant fan would help with just a bit of airflow during use. It would have to have a super strong flow, just enough to not have it so stifling during use. Especially with the smallest unit like the one I bought.
3. The power cord access would be great to have on each side of the unit vs only having one option. Depending on where the unit is placed, it would be much easier to have the power cord exit easily on either side.
4. Having the control panel on the heating element lit would be much easier to read during operation.

The sauna is awesome. The entire rating would have been 5 stars except for two small issues. 1. The light did not work out of the box. 2. When contacting nurecover, they have not rectified the situation in more than a week at this point.

Where is my product. Nurecover sauna pro.
Ordered on Feb 24th. finally arrived 3/20/2026 after playing the email game since they had sent a tracking number to FEDEX 17 days prior and no item delivered for shipping . Item ordered was Sauna Pro bundle. Item received was tropical go sauna bundle. 58 inches high. Didn't even bother to open the box. Contacted company to ship me the item I ordered and paid for and a return label to mail back the wrong crap they sent me. Or send me a return label and refund my money. Lots of horrible reviews and I should have listened to them. Let's see how long to take to reply if they even do.

Warning!Uunacceptable Business practices, Zero customer service
Completely unacceptable, I can’t believe this business has not been terminated. If Nurecover want to read and make this right here are my order’s #NU386801, #NU386894.
The WRONG product was delivered. They have not sent the absorbent mat that I also ordered and no info on shipping (likely will not receive it).
Like all other customers, I ordered the Sauna Pro & received the “tropic go”.
I have send numerous (10) emails in about 10 days with zero response, other than an automated AI response from Adam (supposed Founder, or Glen…….or support reply)
These are all auto generated A.I. responses, like the replies in this review feed. Zero action has been taken from Nurecover or the means to correct their mistake and send the correct item, or the rest of my order.
Extremely fraudulent company, I doubt I will get a response from a human or the correct item sent, or the rest of my order delivered.
Complete rubbish.

Another customer being sent a significant smaller Sauna than advertised
I am going through a similar experience as other customers where I ordered their SaunaPro version and was sent a much smaller version called TropicalGo. Based on the box, this version is only 1.47m (4'10'') tall rather than 1.87m (6'10'') SaunaPro I ordered and paid for.
To add insult to injury, if I go online to initiate return, I would have to pay a restocking fee that is about 20% of the cost of my order PLUS pay for shipping.
Sent a first email on March 6th, no response. Sent another email on March 11th and so far have only received an automated response with tracking number.
Hoping to find a resolution, but based on my experience so far, I strongly recommend you avoid Nurecover.

Sauna Pro from Nurecover…
I ordered a Sauna Pro from Nurecover After waiting almost a full month for shipping, the package finally arrived. Unfortunately, when I opened the box and began assembling the unit, I discovered that they had sent me the wrong product , a Tropic Sauna instead of the Sauna Pro that I paid for.
Since discovering the mistake, I have repeatedly tried to contact their support team by both phone and email to resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts, no one has responded to me at all.
Waiting nearly a month for delivery only to receive the wrong item is already frustrating, but the complete lack of customer service and communication has made the experience even worse. At this point, I’m still stuck with the wrong product and no response from the company about how they plan to fix their mistake.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Nurecover unless their customer support and fulfillment processes improve significantly.

Received the completely wrong product
I ordered the Sauna Pro and received the Tropic Steam Go Sauna. Reached out to customer service via their website because none of the phone numbers worked. Was asked to send pictures of the item I received so I did. They responded that there was a logistical error and they would send me the correct merchandise that I paid for right away but that was over two weeks ago. I just received one part today, now a month later since my original purchase. I'm still missing a whole second part of the delivery correction. The sauna I ordered is a much larger size and I still dont have the product that I actually paid for. I've continued to reach out several times and still do not have any answers as to when my original order will finally be fulfilled or a tracking number that supports that information. Very disappointed and ready to file fraud charges with my credit card company.

Bait and switch - misleading descriptions in sales
Shipping dates communicated by the company are guesses at best, and any attempt to contact customer service takes 24-48 hours for a basic "bot" response.
Once the item was delivered, it did not match what I ordered. The Sauna Pro dimensions on their website says it will fit someone who stands 6 ft 1. The item delivered comes up to my chest and I am 5 ft 9. When contacting customer service regarding the size differences, I am told that this is their only model, and what I paid for is what I got. So the website is misleading, the product appears to be a bait and switch, and again, if I want to get answers or refunds, it takes 24-48 hours for someone to "maybe" get back to you with a viable answer.

Good customer service so far
Good customer service so far, I have been contacted many times and also contacted them about a small part that needs replacing. I am waiting on delivery now. I understand it is coming from out of country so you need to be patient. The unit itself is exactly what I thought and works great. The 185 degree temp is on top of the unit and varies throughout so I would suggest buying a small fan to move cold air from bottom to top to circulate (my opinion is for them to add this idea) it works great so the air is more heated evenly.

Best Personal Sauna on the Market
Love this personal sauna. Easy to setup and place in the corner of your basement as this does not take up much space. Love that it gets up to 185 degrees for it to really work. Also, the shell being made out of cotton and not plastic is very important, because you do not want to be breathing in plastic particles when you are heating up your sauna. Would recommend to anyone.

It was worth it
First off, I wanna say for what it is, a temporary, dry air sauna, it lives up to my expectations. There are a couple things that are in need of improvement like the LED light system they send the door is a little wonky in the grand scheme of things but functional. And the silly thermometer they sent is melted. But. The chairs are functional, the frame and insulated cover work, and the two unit that I have has kept heat exceptionally well. With the amount of space in the system and the usability it’s been great. I’ve honestly seen improved sleep after the sessions and I cannot be happier with using it. I did buy a three tent fan, which helps circulation in keeping the heat even inside the sauna, and for what I paid for something like that should just be part of the system. All in all if functions very well, I’m very happy with it. I’ve had it for less than a month and I’ve used it for all but three days. For the money, it’s a great buy.
