I have used Nuvio chiller for quite a while now and have been able to achieve my goals. More importantly I ran into a small issue and they 100% stood behind their product and I’m back up and running. Maintaining 40/45 degrees here in Florida

Product never worked. Was promised a refund that has never been received. When I continue to email them (no phone number avail). They say that there's a hold up in their system because something was filed against my purchase. That's their response, but it's just a delay tactic.

Customer service is actually great
I have read that customer service sucks, I have had the opposite experience, they have been so good, every issue I have had they have taken care of. The issues have largely been my fault, such as an incorrect order, but they have resolved it. They are very responsive. I give their customer service an A+, so far I give the chiller an A-minus. Doesn't cool as fast as they say, but it does get the water to a consistent 45 degrees (takes about 12 hours), but I'm also in a very hot climate.
I had an issue with my chiller. The pump broke and it made the chiller freeze. They sent me a new chiller within 2 weeks. They email and do a diagnostic on it, then are veryvhelpful
after a few months my chiller stopped working ,the screen went dark, i believe its the board but customer service sucks i have reached out but no replies back ..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a Nuvio chiller and it stopped working after only a couple of months, and all 3 of my attempts to reach out to Nuvio Customer Service lead to no calls or emails back. Do not buy this product. Spend the extra $100 on a different chiller and save yourself the hassle in the future. Very dissapointed.

I was 7 days past the 30 day return on an unopened boxed and they refused to compromise on a return. I offered to cover shipping. Box was in perfect shape. totally unbending.

The chiller started leaking (pouring out water) 7 months after having it. It never recorded correct temperatures. Whe I reached out to them about the leak, magically at 6 months they stop guaranteeing their products. Even though their website says 1 year from delivery date. Customer service is awful. There are a ton of chillers out there. I wouldn’t recommend Nuvio at all.

Nuvio is my first experience with a chiller. I had an ice bath already and enjoyed it, but I got tired of always having to get ice and wasn’t sure that the temperature was low enough to be effective.
The Nuvio chiller has been amazing at helping my bath to maintain a low temperature! I love that it is portable. I have used it outside and inside!
When I had an issue and needed help from customer service, they were quick and consistent in communication until my issue was resolved! It took them less than a month to figure out what I needed and patiently walked with me throughout the process!

This unit has had issue with the temperature reading. I have attempted to get service for several months now. The unit temperature gauge climbed until an alarm sounded
The one non automated response was not to use it. The still do not respond back with an actual human.

We purchased the chiller and the sauna. My husband uses them everyday as part of his routine. I’ve had to contact customer support(Matt) a couple of times with questions and concerns both of which they resolved quickly. Our experience has been excellent from every angle.
One week into using my chiller + pod and I love it. Haven’t tried maxing out the temperature, but I did two mins in 46 degree water yesterday. Such a great way to start the day!
I purchased the Nuvio chiller and when it came a piece was broken on the pump. I contacted their customer service and they responded immediately and took care of the problem. They sent me a new pump and I had it within 2 days. Very fast and very thorough. Most companies make it difficult, this was a great experience.
Device stopped working after 2 months. It never really achieved the 39 degree promised, but got cold enough to work. When my partner torn his hamstring, it was a great opportunity to use this to help with rehab. Sadly, it just died. The temperature gauge says it is getting colder, but an actual thermometer shows the water has not changed. The pump completed ceased up. Am so disappointed with this thing.

Ive got both the chiller and the sauna from Nuvio and I have been very impressed so far. I've been using daily for about 30 days now and they perform just as I need them to. There are more professional chillers available on the market but they are easily 2-3x the price
Had the chiller for a week now and love being able to plunge whenever I feel the need to. Customer service was great as well. Mahalo Nuvio
The product is great. The customer service was extremely generous about the boundaries of their warranty and I think it is rare to find customer service as kind to their customers as nuvio was to me.
My chiller began reading temperatures inconsistent with the actual water temperature. The water temperature was perfect at 42-43 degrees but my chiller would show the water temperature at anywhere from 48-100 degrees. As time went on the readings kept getting higher and higher. Victoria was very helpful giving me troubleshooting solutions from the technicians; however, nothing corrected the issue. The chiller continued to chill my water but would display a water temperature much higher than the actual water temperature in the tub. Nuvio has sent me a replacement and I hope to receive it soon.
Awful customer service, all AI generated. I've sent several emails requesting return tags 2 days after receiving the product (30 day money back guarantee) and can't get anyone to respond. Unbelievable!! I don't recommend doing business with this company.
