Been using the chiller and sauna for 7+ months and love them. The chiller is my favorite as it has helped significantly to reduce inflammation in my body and resolve a nagging daily back pain. Highly recommended. Also, they’ve replaced the tub at no cost when the top was unable to retain air and went flat. Huge shout out to the customer service group!!!
I had a part break (my fault) on my unit. I reached out to the support team and they sent me a replacement immediately no questions asked. Great customer service. Unit itself works great too. Highly recommend
I was skeptical due to the price, and the website doesn't seem to work well on my devices; however, I've been pleasantly surprised. The Customer Services team goes above and beyond. I've had several issues with my unit over the last 12 months, but the Customer Services team was phenomenal in helping me through the issues, sending me replacement parts (where needed), and I'm back up and running.
I have enjoyed the Nuvio chiller. It has worked well and is an excellent alternative to many of the more expensive chillers on the market. When I had an issue with the chiller and needed a replacement part, the Nuvio team quickly responded, sent the replacement part and detailed instructions on how to replace the part. The replacement was easy and now the chiller is working perfectly again.
Let's start with the product. I've seen some products advertised cooling in a few hours. For this one it was slow as heck and I had to do it overnight in order to have a cold plunge in the morning. And I don't mean a few hours overnight I mean a long hour of sleep overnight. It gets gets better, then the pump broke, and was told to provide videos of that to customer support which I did. They replaced it then the chiller itself broke and flooded my entire bathroom. On this issue I was asked by Nuvio again to flood my bathroom and had to send videos of the garbage device doing it. The needs little con about all of this is that I did not know the chiller would leak cuz the pump did not work and send water to the chiller. So the time it took to resolve the pump issue, coupled with a reluctancy on my own hard and having to flood my bathroom again, pushed it outside of the warranty. If you're thinking about buying a new chiller, I suggest doing what I'm doing, paying a little more for a product that isn't a piece of crap. It is slow as hell and will break. I bought the thing because they're supposed to be better than the cryopods and I thought I would save money but with the amount of time the thing actually lasted it would have been cheaper to go with a membership for cryopods. I have been debating buying a chiller for a year now. Bad reviews always made me worried. Then, 3 of my friends bought the Nuvio chiller and gave me great feedback of their own. So, I bought mine. One of the hoses came bent which affected the flow of cold water. I asked for a replacement and Charlie took good care of me. I am using my chiller 3 times a week and so is my son. I cannot mention how great are the benefits. I use it in my bathtub because Florida is too hot outside. Doing it inside permits me to keep the water cold for a few days without over working the chiller. I really recommend it.
This chiller isn’t worth the money. Ours failed to cool to the desired temperature after two months. It even gave a high temperature warning and started beeping uncontrollably. Seems dangerous to me. I immediately contacted customer service and was surprised at how responsive they were. But after months of back and forth with trouble shooting and videos demonstrating the problem, they emailed to tell me the 6-month warranty had run out. They strung me along for 4 months. After letting them know I would be reporting them to the FTC and BBB they offered to send me a new temperature probe. It looks completely different from the original part and surprise— it doesn’t work!
UPDATE:
Nuvio has agreed to send us a refurbished chiller.

Thought this was a great value when I initially purchased but only got 4 months of total use out of it before the cheap plastic internal water tank completely cracked along the circular seam. Reached out to customer service and they claimed they didn’t have my email my phone number or purchase order. I did supply all information, my credit card purchase date and my fedex tracking number and the purchase charge on my card. There is no phone number to call and customer service takes a long time to respond. Very frustrating overall experience and would not recommend this product.

I have had the Nuvio system for over 6 months now. I use the system about 3-4 times a week. I have had a couple of issues with both the Nuvio system unit and the plunge tub. BUT with each issue, customer service were quick to help me out. I have referred them to everyone I know. This is a great company and a great product.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a product I purchased from your company: Nuvio .
Since receiving the unit, I have experienced persistent and unresolved issues:
* After two months, the machine began to malfunction, prompting my first support request.
* At the four-month mark, the issues continued and were not fully resolved despite additional support.
* Most recently, I received a temperature probe three weeks ago. Since installing it, the machine has become increasingly unreliable and now fails to turn on consistently.
I have made multiple attempts to get assistance, but support has been significantly delayed or ineffective. I have also not had access to a real person to properly discuss the matter. This experience has been both frustrating and unacceptable.
I am requesting one of the following actions within 14 days from the date of this letter:
* A full replacement of the faulty machine,
* A complete repair at no cost to me,
* Or a full refund of the purchase price.
If I do not receive an acceptable resolution within that timeframe, I will be forced to pursue further action, including:
* Filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies,
* Publicly reporting this matter through relevant consumer review platforms,
* And seeking legal remedy for the sale of a faulty product, insufficient support, and potential consumer fraud.

I purchased the Nuvio Ice Bath expecting a quality product, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. Right out of the box, it didn’t work as advertised. I followed all setup instructions carefully, but the unit failed to cool properly and never reached the temperatures it promises.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the company about the issue, their customer service was completely unhelpful. They refused to take the product back or offer any kind of reasonable support or resolution. For a product at this price point, that’s completely unacceptable.
Save your money and avoid the headache—there are better options out there with better customer service and working products.
If you’re so confident about your product why you don’t offer a return after one day of receiving delivery?

I am still waiting on a tracking number for my purchase. I received an email with an additional 15% off for Easter and you all were providing delivery dates for the items purchased. I would like to share 2 disappoints so far with your company and I haven’t even received my product yet. 1. The 2-5 day delivery did not happen and being notified within 48 hours with a tracking number hasn’t happened either. 2. When I sent an email asking if there were any additional discounts because I was looking at buying the chiller and sauna tent, I was advised 10% is all you offer, which is not true by the email I received with a 15% off.
I hope I have not made a mistake by ordering from Nuvio. Please provide a tracking number by today.

Because of the size of our Roman tub it takes over two days to reach the desired temperature. I have no use for this and I have already boxed it up perfectly in the box it was shipped in. Like I said before, since this chiller does not meet my needs because my Roman tub is so large, I will post negative reviews on every website including the better business bureau and retaining an attorney for restrictive, difficult, or unfair return policies for a chiller that obviously does not meet my needs.
It takes over two days to get to my desired temperature! My order number is 23383

Recovery chiller is a sub-par product, very loud and takes at least 12 hours to chill to target temp below 50 degrees. It is clunky and the flow tubes are poorly designed. They should include common faucet adapters with the tubes for indoor or outdoor use. The pod is horrible, you’re better off just using the recovery chiller with a standard barrel outdoors and bathtub / plunge pool indoors. Customer service is bad.

I've had my recovery chiller since June/July of last year. I was skeptical of the quality of this product prior to buying it given how economical it was. Turned out to be just what I needed, and it always performed well for me. However, last week I noticed the temperature sensor was busted so I reached out to their customer service team. Charlie (the customer service representative I was put in contact with), quickly diagnosed my issue, sent me a new temperature sensor, and sent helpful, and instructive videos so that I could fix it myself. My recovery chiller's running just like new again! Thanks!
Can anyone help me get a refund? I purchased the chiller and pod for my kids at xmas. We tried 3 times to get it to work and it never got cold. It also made funny noises. I wanted to return it but the company made it so hard to do with me having to video steps. We gave up for a while. But then my kids keep asking for me to try to get it working and that I shouldn't have wasted my money on this brand. I just tried again and now there is water leaking through the chiller. I have sent pictures and videos along the way to the company but they will not assist with a reimbursement. The chiller and pod is junk. May some one help me who has had success in getting a refund? Thank you!

The system worked great until it didn't. Not sure why it stopped working but once I made the complaint, they rectified it right away and sent me a new machine. I had a good experience so far and still recommend them to friends and family.
