We bought a Nyxi air fryer which worked well for 6 months,we were very pleased with this machine which has french doors,unfortunately it stopped working,we got in touch with the suppliers who couldn’t have been more helpful,they went through a few procedures to try and get it working,they were very patient with us and after a couple of days trying to get it working it was agreed that it would be replaced,later we received an e.mail saying it had been dispatched,couldn’t be more grateful,will certainly recommend them to friends.

Very simple ordering process and came with next day delivery. Kept up to date with progress and delivered on time. Used it for a few days and once used to the slightly quirky menu works great. For the price very impressed.

I recently purchased the 20L air fryer oven from Nyxi, and I have been genuinely impressed with both the product and the overall quality.

The build quality feels premium and sturdy, and the large 20-liter capacity is perfect for cooking family-sized meals. It heats up quickly, cooks food evenly, and has controls that are straightforward and easy to use. I've tried a variety of foods, and everything has come out crispy on the outside while remaining tender inside.

What stood out most was the excellent value for money. The appliance offers features and performance that you would normally expect from much more expensive brands. It has become one of the most frequently used appliances in my kitchen.

Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Nyxi to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality air fryer oven. A great product that has exceeded my expectations.

Brought a 20L air fryer. The Fan started to make a grating noise which got worse over time, I contacted Nyxi and got an instant response. To my surprise they sent me a new Oven I can not thank them enough

9000btu air conditioner. Complete compressor failed after 2 and a half years of very light residential use. Clearly either a faulty product from the factory or their aircons are extremely poorly made / use knock off, sub standard, components.
Customer service whilst prompt, did waste my time asking for videos and order numbers as well several clarifying questions only at the very end of the email chain and several days to say they weren’t in the slight bit interested as it was older than 1 year. Something I told them in the very first email….. yet they still wasted my time. Honestly, dissapointing to have say I wouldn’t reccomend this brand or their products since it did exactly what you wanted when it worked. But compressors on £300 air conditioners shouldn’t be failing after not even 3 years of light use so I’d say avoid and buy from a more reputable brand.

I can see from their reply completely contradicting what they said in emails and trying to make it out like I was after a “free replacement”to undermine my point, highlighting a very clearly faulty or poorly made product. Just shows what a terrible company they are.
Avoid at all costs.

Recently brought a ottoman off Amazon which said it could take up to 200kg of weight as I don't have alot of additional seating it was perfect for when friends come over and with the added storage! Unfortunately on the first time use of someone sitting on this the wood broke instantly but I contacted customer service who were amazing I sent them a few photos of the unit and they immediately send me a tracking number with a replacement on the way! Can't fault the service I have experienced!

These unobtrusive dehumidifiers take up very little room and do exactly what it says on the label. Depending on the location they last up to 8 weeks.

Purchased, via Amazon UK, a 20 lt dehumidifier to replace a 20 year old unit which had died. Arrived on time, powered up fine and seems to work well.

The instruction manual is a poor translation (I assume) of a Chinese one and confusing. I contacted Support by email and got a very prompt & helpful reply from Hotak, which cleared up my confusion.

Build quality seems fine, durability is as yet unknown, but fingers crossed!

I recently bought the Nyxi 20L Air Fryer Oven and I’m really happy with it. The quality feels premium, the design looks great, and it works exceptionally well.
The 20L size is very useful and makes cooking much easier, especially when making snacks or meals for the family. Overall, it’s an excellent product and totally worth buying. I loved it! Would 100% recommend!!

Really nice products and a great after sales support. We had a little issue with our air fryer which has been sorted very quickly by Hotak.
I would definitely recommend that company and will reorder from them whenever I need something.
