Preferred flavour is no longer in stock
Delivery is quite long. I really like the vanilla soy protein but it hasn’t been in stock so had to buy strawberry which is not that nice
No timeframe for the vanilla flavour.

Terrible returns process.Used their return bag that comes without tracking.They won't refund the parcel without proof of tracking...which you can't give for obvious reasons.Same generic response everytime.

Impossible order cancellation
I tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing it and I was told I couldn’t. Long story short….any help from your company is impossible once you have our money. I will never use you again.

Discount codes trash
Product amazing , but your discount code is incorrect Says %30 off end of year sale... I buy $400 worth of product. Regularly I might add. Thought yeah got a discount code this time around turns out it's not even 12% ... Then when it comes to shipping you do not give a option of non tracked ?! I may be switching brands , or just bite the bullet and travel 120km to the nearest performance shop. But in fairness product quality just out weighs the negatives.
