Buggy checkout.
The checkout cart often mysteriously dumped part of my order (I tried to order three 1kg packages of vanilla impact whey protein, but when I tried to checkout they were missing even though they showed as added previously). This was extremely frustrating.

I love the protein
I love the protein, buying it is straight forward and what I would expect so no complaints with your team. However,
what I REALLY disliked was the “free gifts”. I’d rather have nothing than ever have to speak with hello fresh again. They weaselled their way out of giving me the voucher and charged me for a box of food that was supposed to be free with the voucher. Was one of the most painful conversations I’ve had on a phone for half an hour.. In the end I got a refund. I would suggest any other gifts or nothing would be better than the vouchers.
