Unable to find account with multiple orders to resolve a query
Reached out to chat agent to resolve the issue of 30% protein discount received on email not getting applying to checkout , the chat agent first asked me to send the photos then gave me link to upload which was of another website lookfantastic, claiming my account is linked there, she kept on repeating that there is no account with my ID on Myprotein even when provided accoutn evidences . Question is why would I chat on myprotein if I had lookfantastic website issue. Now remember I have placed atleast 5 orders from this account on myprotein , yet the agent could not find my account after 30 mins of chat and was asked to send a message on website. The offer ends tonight so it is of no use getting the resolution later.
Are the chat agent qualified to handle the issues ?
What is the use of chat service if all they do is redirect the issue to message center after wasting the time

Quality protein at a great price point. I wish the shipping was cheaper or that you could get free shipping if spending a certain amount, but for international shipping it's a pretty fair charge. Hence why I didn't reduce the stars for this review :) overall, a happy customer.

My order is taking too long to arrive
It’s been almost 4 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my order. Other online supplement stores that I’ve ordered from don’t take this long, they deliver within a week, 2 weeks max and yous said the estimated delivery date would be between 24 May-29 May and it’s now the second week of June. I’m not happy about this.

Order never arrived
I received an email notifying me that my order had been dispatched, however after waiting for a week and a half the order still hadn't arrived. The tracking number provided said it had never left the warehouse and when I contacted support, I was told it was lost in transport. I was also told that they would send a replacement, which I accepted. Then in a follow-up email I was told that none of the items I ordered were in stock. Very disappointed in the service from myprotein.

This service is very disappointing.
This service is very disappointing.. I have so far been waiting 16 days to receive my order and its still not arrived, I also paid $15 for delivery.. Bad customer service for a big company. You cant get hold of anyone and the online message system couldn't resolve this problem.
