Made a purchase of a car online for my son. Nz sale then proceeded to lie about stock of the item and canceled my order. When speaking to lenoxx directly the item is in stock. Nz sale did not send the item. Then proceeded to lie about the reason for not sending the item. Why offer a product online of you are not willing to ship it. Now I have made a promise to a Child I cannot deliver on an ruined a birthday present.

Shockingly horrible service and misleading ETA
I have been using NZSALE for the past 5 years. However, the past 2 orders were not delivered and delivery took ages. They blame the delivery and overseas suppliers. It is NOT my problem. I am a customer who paid for my order and i am expecting the order to be delievered within a reaosnable time. I am not asking for a written apology. FIX IT. The last time i promised I will never deal with again but i did, however this is the last time and i will never ever deal with them or suggest anyone to buy from NZSALE.

Very unhappy
Very unhappy, ordered nearly a month ago. Items were shipped but no updates since. Was meant to arrive over a week ago and can’t get any updates from the shipping company or from NZ sale. Can’t track the parcel. Have asked for a refund as they can’t even find my parcel and have been ignored about this. Very unhappy as I’m off on holiday in 2 days and these items were for this holiday. I’ve now had to replace what I ordered. Be aware when ordering.

Absolute nightmare to deal with
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Ordered 3 pairs of socks, they shipped the wrong size on one, and then the wrong socks on the other two. Ended up with a 50% refund because I couldnt return the socks apparently, so just finished throwing them in the bin. A totally crap customer service response, and just a total waste of money, time, and everything. This company is crap and nothing but a ripoff. Don't waste your money, their pricing is totally predatory anyway, better deals elsewhere. Order number was 38209301. Edited - they billed be instead of refunding me. Unbelievable, how much incompetence could be in one company?! Just mind boggling I would give them zero if I could. You can shove your voucher.
