Great quality, craftsmanship and customer service
Great company to work with. Made the ordering process very easy and the quality of the Oak when delivered was exactly as designed. Saved a lot of time from having to build it from scratch myself. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

I made an enquiry for some additional flooring for our lounge that Oak By Design had installed quite a few years, & quite a few owners of our house ago.
I spoke to Joanne who could not have been more helpful - it’s so refreshing in this age of online ordering to speak to someone that actually cares deeply about their business.
From this initial call I went in person to take a sample & met with Barry who also showed the same passion.
These exchanges enthused me to order an oak mantle which is beautiful.
If I require any further oak products I will only be calling one firm - Oak By Design.
