Dispatched hours after ordering

Terrible experience buying online. Item was sent out quickly and arrived no problem, but that was as good as things got. There was a connector missing from the box, which I thought would just be a simple replacement or exchange, although days and sometimes a week would go by with no reply to emails. No updates were ever given as to what would be happening without multiple attempts at messaging, and in the end I just asked for pre paid postage so I could send the item back and put an end to it. I'm still waiting.... I've written it off as a bad experience and will know not to buy from them again.

The lawn mover arrived upside down in the box with no tape and parts were missing. I had to wait for new parts when they could have taken the parts from other similar lawn mowers. The website states a five year warranty but the paperwork only gives you two. I queried this but did not receive a response and I am still waiting to hear about compensation for the parcel delivery issue.
