I searched for the best price on a Stihl battery tool and Oakley's came up trumps . I ordered a lopper on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday morning before 8-30 am - there was no additional delivery charge . You couldn't ask for more .

After waiting three weeks for Stihl, I did not receive the package and asked for my money back.

I ordered a Husqvarna blue & orange striped Xplorer bobble hat & was sent (obviously the new type) beanie hat. Not at all what I ordered & this hat was cheaper than the other one. Disappointed.
Have sent email to company, with no reply, as of yet. Very dis-satisfied customer.

Easy process from start to finish. Item arrived in very good time. Thankyou would use again. Haven’t tried the item yet as it is a Xmas present

My original order of replacement ear defenders for my Stihl helmet was quickly credited when they found that Stihl had no stock and weren't shipping anytime soon. Ordered a Husqvana helmet as a replacement.

Item was advertised as being in stock. Order placed and was told it's not in stock. To their credit they offered a refund or to wait. I followed up a few weeks later as no updates given, didn't hear a response. Gave it a few more weeks, but with no response I asked for a refund. They immediately replied to say my order had just arrived with them and they could process the refund or send out the item. I asked them in that case to send out the item. Again, weeks of waiting and no delivery or communication from them. Finally asked for a refund. Refund was processed the following working day.

For a stock part, 2 weeks seems a long delivery time ! .

After a mistake by myself with a circlip order this was speedily reordered once I had the correct part number sent out almost immediately.
Would advise ringing to check order number before using the internet order line
