Excellent. Very helpful.

Walked in today to look at 3 cars, we pulled up and went inside the prisonyard they call a car dealership and asked at the “reception caravan” if we could have some help looking at some cars.. usually in a sales oriented place that would light up someone’s ears to support… this was met with “go on then..” this immediately meant we weren’t going to buy, but this led us to look at reviews. These guys clearly are selling dodgy cars. If you manage to look at the reviews before going. Fair play to you. These lot seem like crooks

Great selection of cars even though I knew what I was going to look at it was nice to see a range of other cars there too, staff were very accommodating and helpful, the car I bought is lovely and running great, definitely recommend.

After promising that they would regas my car after buying it, when I later went back to make good on this, they claimed the conversation never happened, and that if it did happen it would be recorded on the invoice. I believe that it should be on the invoice, but the fact it isn’t seems like negligence to me.

AVOID! I'd give them minus stars if i could. Total cowboy outfit. Cars are cheap but they are not safe or road worthy. There is no formal
agreement made so you have no
rights if the car is faulty. Please do
not buy or drive their dirty and unsafe cars. Sales guys are arrogant and only interested in taking your money. Its disgusting in 2023 that these type of car dealers still exist.

Under no circumstances should you buy a matchbox car of theses crooks let alone a real car!! the reviews are all saying the same I wished I’d read them b4 I bought of these vile people, they taken no responsibility And the rudeness!
Pls report any issues to Auto trader as they will step in, the more complaints they Receive they can then ban them from there site as they are trading via there platform.

Sold us a faulty car, just paid £1,500 to get the car fixed to be told it needs a new engine. The staff blocked our calls, very rude. AA took the car and dropped it back to the garage who then refused to look at it. They dumped the car on the side of the road. The owner of the company threatened to come down to our home. I have forwarded their info on to trading standards and the ombudsman . DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE COWBOYS

Avoid at all costs I'm sure they just have paid someone to write the positive posts.
What a nasty bunch they are very sweet when selling you a vehicle but the aggression soon kicks in when you let them know that what they have sold you is not even legally drivable
Shame on you all karma has a great way on creeping up on people

No pressure sale, left to look at car freely n thoroughly with test drive all good,good choice of cars would use again and recommend

Friendly staff, left to check over car, BMW convertible , good test drive and explanation of operation of roof , was able to check service records FSH , documentation. Explained about 3mth engine gearbox warranty . Would look for a car at Oakwood autos again

Was a little sceptical to visit as the reviews are a-bit negative but was pleasantly suprised..
The guy left us to look over the cars on our own and didn’t stand over us..which I like as I hate it when they hover!!
Was more than helpful when we asked questions and was very pleasant..
All in all a good visit and I purchased my car

35 years of driving and buying cars my msg is DO NOT BUY FROM OAKWOOD AUTOS OF BRISTOL!!!!!! gangters and thieves is exactly what they are.with these creatures its all about money and the coin.be careful out there folks but avoid oakwood is the best start in buying cars.
