Just look at their office dirty, filthy, disgusting space, just like their language.

Sell cars to people that quite clearly need work done. Brought an Audi a3 and by the time I drove it home it was making an awful rattling sound. I contacted the dealership to chase this several times and was made to feel like I was the issue. They sent me to a garage close to them and basically everything needed fixing. They should be ashamed for their service and would highly recommend for anyone to avoid this place.

My wife and I were left alone to view the cars at our leisure with no pushy salesman. Not all the cars are lovely and clean for viewing, but the mini clubman I liked was.
They sqeezed me in for a test drive (within a 2 mile radius) but that was enough for me. My dealings with Sonny were pleasant a honest.
I bought the car there and then and hope to use his contacts for future services.
However, it's only been 1 day since purchasing and it's when a problem occurs is when you truly find out how good a dealer is. Hopefully I'll never need to find out.

I was very sceptical buying from these guys due to the reviews however, I must say my experience with Oakwood Autos has been nothing but positive. The chap in the sales team was great from start to finish and the after sales care has been amazing - a special mention to Keith. Would highly recommend these guys.

Purchased an £8,000 car, subject to rectifying rust spots and replacing the missing jack, we were assured this would be done after he had a conversation with who we assume was the owner, so we paid in full for the car, as we trusted that the agreement would be honoured. When we picked up the car, we were told by the salesman that he could not remember the conversation, or agreement we had with him about the jack, even though both my wife and I were ‘and the owner’, when the agreement was made on the purchase of the car. They tried to say there was no jack and ‘that's it’ when we picked it up. Sadly, the touch up on the rust spots was awful, with rust showing through, and proud clumps and no colour match, dreadful job, we really expected a professional job, we were disappointed. We felt deflated and just wanted to get out of the place, so didn't raise it, as it clearly was not worth it. Of course, it got heated as they were trying to wriggle out of what they had agreed. Both the salespeople were sarcastic and very rude towards us, one smiling as they said they could not remember the conversation initially, and the other saying Happy Christmas when the jack had been put in the car, dreadful experience would never use again. Customer Service is king, they have a lot to learn, left a horrible taste in what should have been a wonderful buying experience.

Guys don't waste your money by purchasing car from this dealer...I purchased Vauxhall Astra and everything was faulty and I spend lot of money on that

Do not buy a vehicle from this garage, brought an Audi a3 and drove it home which was 3 miles from the garage. By the time I got home the car over heated and did not sound right. Returned the car the next day and the garage took the car to a friend to check this over. Apparently all was checked and was ok but I have video evidence on this. A month later the garage has still not shut down my account and are still trying to take payments for this vehicle. The people on the phone are very rude, and are refusing to take the vehicle back even though it was returned 48 hours after purchase. Terrible experience with this dealership, would not recommend.

Cleared codes without doing any work until warranty ran out,
Cost me MORE money solving the issues MYSELF.
DON'T EVER buy a car from these guys
they will give you the run around until its not there problem anymore

Sales people are there on hand but aren't at all pushy which I really liked. They aren't super fake with you just to get a sale.
Cars are priced fairly too

Staff are brilliant, really tried to give me the best deal for one of there cars however I was unsure on behalf. But can’t fault them for anything really friendly and hard workers!!

I saw a Renault van advertised on their website. I made a genuine enquiry and requested a part ex quote. It took them 3 days to come back to me with an offer that was some £700 lower than my expectation based on the lowest offer received elsewhere. When I commented on this, Sonny became quite rude but agreed to go back to his valuer. Two days later I received an offer which was £650 improved. I politely commented on how quickly the original offer had improved only to be met with more rudeness. I then contacted them later that day having made the decision to make the deal. I was tersely told the van had been allocated to a third party who had placed a deposit on it and was awaiting finance approval. A few days later I noted the van was still being advertised as available on Autotrader, Ebay and the garage's own website so I rang again and asked about its availability, innocently assuming the original planned sale to the third party had fallen through. I was told by Sonny the van was available but he no longer accepted part ex and if I wanted it I had to pay the full asking price in cash!! I couldn't do that so ended my interest. Things didn't stop there as I took a call from the garage the next day from another person I had not spoken to previously who upped their part ex offer by a further £50!! I agreed to do the deal and agreed to ring back with a deposit and a time I could get there to test drive/collect. When I rang back I was again told by Sonny that the van was already sold!! That was over a week ago and the van still remains advertised as available to purchase on all three platforms!! These are not businessmen nor are they good salesmen nor have they any conception of the meaning of customer service and they had clearly taken umbrage at my comments regarding their sudden willingness to substantially increase their part ex offer. They are rude and unreceptive to any genuine comment from a potential (or any other sort of) customer who queries anything with them. I can only assume they would have been more than happy to rip me off on their original part ex offer being some £600 below a fair figure! I feel I have had a lucky escape - especially if I had bought the vehicle and needed sales aftercare from these morons. Avoid like the plague or you will regret it as these people are as far away from being decent genuine car salesmen as frogs are from feathers!!
