I bought my first car in the December 2022.
Vauxhall Astra everything with the car is good. The only thing was hidden was many marks / scratches on the car as they cover it with something probably paste which went off after first wash.
So that was disappointing me when I found it out.

At first, the dealer Sonny was very polite and helpful. Allowed me to test drive the car and was patient with me when I was doing check of the vehicle. Purchased the vehicle in the end.
4 weeks later and the caliper has seized the pads onto the discs, which I was told is all brand new. Also, 2/4 shock absorbers are leaking oil rapidly, plus it needed two new front tires, as the ones on the car at sale were from 2017 and rock hard!
As expected, I politely contacted the garage to inform them of these issues and all I got was a patronizing and rude response. I had to tell the guy to calm down!
Finance company informed and complaints logged with citizens advice. Motor ombudsman next. Maybe see you in court fellas!
All in all, do not buy from these absolute cowboy thugs.

Awful awful garage these people should be ashamed of themselves!! After a week of having brought a car from them, I got told at my local garage that the gearbox had gone and the clutch was hanging out! After a few weeks of arguing with them they agreed to sort the problem, they then had my car for 4 weeks and where very rude during this time. I asked for my money back which they refused. So today after having my car back 10 months I take it to a car thinking the tracking has gone to be told the gear box was never fixed correctly and it's basically unsafe and cant be driven untill its replaced! Avoid at all cost!!!!

POOR..Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the car! Dave is the rudest bloke ever and I am still waiting hear about a faulty washer bottle leak, they have just given me and the finance company the runaround, as trying to get sorted under warranty. Next stop the motoring ombudsman, unprofessional and unhelpful, AVOID!

If i could give less i would, once they have your money they do not care. Ive had lots of problems since buying my vehical from them it is clear they are also working with stockwood lane garage to hide problems. Do not waste your money the place needs to be closed down !!!

Bought a BMW X 1 for 10 k, asked the sales guy if there is anything I need to know about this car before I put my family in it to drive home, he said the car is good. Got home safely thankfully although the vehicle has a fly wheel fault. Don’t use these dealers because they don’t care about you they only want your money and they are prepared to put life’s at risk to get it…

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Staff that work here have a stinking attitude. They sell faulty cars then have the cheek to talk to you like your the problem when asking questions and trying to find solutions after travelling several hours to collect a car from them. Happy to call and contact you before receiving their money or deposit but as soon as they have that they couldn't care less. Still awaiting a refund from then that I was promised.

Purchased an a3 from them 3 times it has broke down. Tried emailing them but had no luck. I then called them only for them to let me know that my best option is to have the car repaired by the same garage that has fixed in the past. I had no way of getting the vehicle to them since it was to far to drive and not safe and I told them this but they didn't care. It has twice been in a local garage for repairs and now it won't even start up. Utter criminals. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Sales person was rude, unhelpful and car was overpriced in window (against online ad). Very bad atmosphere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unbelievably rude. Wouldn't even show us the car we came to see, just waved us in the direction it was. When my friend who'd come from 2 hours away by train asked if he would show us the car as it was locked, he accused her of having an attitude and told us to go elsewhere. Also the price was £2000 more on the forecourt than online. So glad we didn't buy from this awful place. AVOID!

Bought a BMW from this garage less than 3 weeks ago. Checked everything before we agreed to buy it. Few days later the hand break stopped working, drivers side electric windows broke and the timing belt has gone. We unfortunately did not take out the extended warranty on purchase and therefore the standard warranty only covers engine and gearbox failure but by the looks of this after reading everyone else’s reviews they probably would of refused to do the work anyways.

Would rate minus stars if possible.

Credit where it’s due, aesthetically speaking, they have some top quality cars here. I read the awful reviews but gave them the benefit of the doubt. How I wish I could go back and change my mind.

I turned up with a budget of £5000 and found a BMW X1 for just under (at least that was the price in the window). Result. Took it for a test drive and returned back to the car lot to purchase only for the bloke to put £6900 into the card machine. We obviously questioned this and he just laughed and said “the bloke that puts the prices in the window needs sacking.” My instant thought was that he changed the price as we had taken it out for a test drive but it still seemed like a relatively reasonable deal so my mum lent me the other £2000 and I reluctantly paid it.

Fast forward six weeks.. the windscreen washers don’t work (this would have failed the MOT), the front right tyre had a puncture, there are countless scratches and bumps that weren’t advertised or shown and the going price for this vehicle is the £5000 that was originally advertised.

I recently took up a job in London and need to tell this car now. The highest offer I’ve had in two weeks is £4000 because according to people interested this is ‘the going rate for a 2011 BMW X1 with 90000 miles.” That’s before I even tell them about the faults with it!

Looks like I’m about to make a £3000 loss (£4000 when I pay my mum back).

I would ask for a refund but I know what they’ll say.. just look at the reviews.

Disgrace to the car sales industry. Hope they’re all very happy making £24,000 a year and ripping innocent people off for a few hundred quid commission. Embarrassing.

Purchased a car from this company which is still in warranty and there refusing to take it back! It keeps breaking down and going in limp mode when I have payed over 7k for this car!! Had a garage check it and it is thousands to fix. Not happy at all!! They blocked my phone number and they are very rude, they are a extremely arrogant company. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!

Poor service wouldn’t do the warranty and wouldn’t accept their car back avoid dealing with these people very arrogant!! They block your number and avoid talking to you so the warranty wears out so your stuck just avoid these very arrogant people !!!

Stay away from these cowboys. I purchased a dodgy car from them and got Volkswagen to do a health check which was quoted almost 3k to repair everything. I paid just over 5k for the vehicle. Luckily after lots of sleepless nights and talking to my bank and credit card lender I was able to get my money back through them.

Would be zero stars if that was an option. This company are cowboys. They own their own law firm which says a lot. You purchase a car which is extremely faulty, with a dodgy engine and parts of it glued down with super glue, a clutch that’s gone, engine management light on, faulty spark plugs and head gasket gone. Quoted over £700 in repairs from main dealer. Avoid this cowboy company at all costs. They’re extremely rude and there’s no after care what so ever. Will be ignorant, block your number, take your car for repair and not give it back. Car was taken for over a month to be repaired and still wasn’t repaired in this time. Expect you to foot the bill despite guaranteeing they will pay for it. Don’t waste your time and money they sell cars knowing full well they’re faulty and expect you to get on with it. Their cars are being sold way over market price. Don’t let you test drive more than one car on the same day to be given the explanation of ‘ we don’t want you wasting our time ‘. Extremely rude don’t waste your time.
