I lost my customer number which I needed to return a top that was too small and was surprised to receive an email confirmation of what I needed extremely quickly and was able to return the top to Oasis. Had few issues with generating return
Had few issues with generating return. Sara and her colleagues were really helpful. Responded via WhatsApp very quickly and sorted it. Found this super accommodating as not always able to e-mail, having communication via WhatsApp is great and fast.
