AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Same as all the others - ordered £100 Laura Ashley ceramic lamp plus the additional lamp shade to go with it, that was on 2 March. On 7 March, received email from Lucas stating out of stock and due in 1 April. I have still not received items and no reply to several emails and now website has closed down!
Unfortunately, I used my debit card so have lost my money.

Do not use this company. They take your money. They do not send the item that you have purchased, despite promises to the contrary. They then promise a refund (this take 3 weeks apparently) which also does not arrive. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Sadly, this is a total scam company that plays on the fact that they have interesting stock on their website (when it's up), and then once they have enough orders (and customer cash), close the website and don't fulfil the orders. I'm looking forward to when they get a CCJ against them, but in the meantime AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

HUGE SCAM COMPANY
Same comment as the rest of the reviews here. Website up and live back in February 2024, selling the light that I purchased online. Same thing I was told, not in stock, to wait another month. Then chased them again to be told its at the warehouse having trouble with transit or something along those lines. Chased them again and no response. Chased again 3 more times by email and no response.
Tried their telephone number and line immediately ends as soon as dialled.
They need to be reported for scamming customers and taking their money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OCEAN LIGHTING, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! Never got my money back.

I thought I'd add my experience to the other terrible ones with this the outfit. Same pattern as others have stated; ordered stock, took money, claimed the item isn't in stock and total refusal to process a refund. Also I notice that last week there was a message on here asking to forward any complaints to the director before posting on here, I gave them the courtesy of doing that. Still no response and that message has been removed from this site

Fraudulent Company
I paid £140 for a Laura Ashley light on 25 March 2024 and now realise I will probably never receive it or the requested refund. A lady answered my call to the company on April 8th and said my order was probably delayed due to the Easter holidays. Sadly, both their websites are now down, and phone calls and emails are not being answered.

Ordered 6th Feb and underdelivered 9th April..
Ordered 6th Feb and now 9th April... still not received despite multiple chasers. Their website still states in stock with 3 to 10 days delivery! They also claim 5 stars on Trustpilot when as of today it shows 2.3 stars! AVOID - they take your money and never deliver. Next call will be the bank to get my money back.

I ordered lights on the 19th feb, 3rd of march I asked where was my order and was told they had a backlog of orders and to be patient! 18th march, I then enquired where my lights were and was told they had a new shipment in but they had to be "checked". Waited again, got fed up waiting, asked for my money back to be told it would take up to 14 days to return as it was done 'By hand"! It still hasn't arrived. I told these people I would write this review if I didn't get my money! Don't bother writing to the managing director as suggested before leaving a bad review....POINTLESS. DON'T order anything from these people, you won't get it!

I normally check a company out on Trustpilot before dealing with them but on this occasion I didn't. More fool me.
I placed an order on 19 March. After more than 10 working days I contacted the company as I'd received nothing and also had no news from customer services. It appears that those " systems issues" that many people have mentioned still persist. I've now been given a date of "the week of 22nd April" which is poor to say the least.
Update 16th April: website closed and phone line disconnected. Thank heavens I paid by credit card.

Despite several emails from me requesting a refund, a poor excuse is given every time. The latest being Accounts are having issues! In the end I contacted my bank to assist getting my money back. Avoid at all costs!!!!
